Excellent location, gorgeous room, breakfast and meal quality exceeded any expectations and genuinely competes with any other restaurant in town.
Some facilities were poor - probably due to hotel being new - some shelves were wobbly, some shampoo/body wash bottles were nearly fully empty in the room, the fan was faulty and too loud during night. Everything else was excellent, the room size much larger than would expect.

Overall it was very nicely done. The room had a good size and was well decorated. I was very excited about this stay. The images looked fantastic.
At first glimpse the room was fantastic. I loved the high ceiling and open space. I quickly noticed that the windows weren’t able to be open. The room had an AC which was loud. I stayed for 2 nights, the first morning there was a blackout which caused a problem with the electric key and also the AC broke down which was the only source of airflow… the room quickly turned into a space with no fresh air, this problem continued for the rest of the stay.
Unfortunately I had a a bad night and the pillows aren’t very comfortable. When I checked out I informed the staff at reception, they knew about the problem as other guests had complained about this matter too.
