Location
Booking 1 day before arrival only free cancellation possible. Why would I need that at higher price? Staff took it for granted, did no move. 1 size pillows only, not convenient. Old fashioned interiors but clean.

Wonderful
The room was a very good size, well insulated and very quiet, which made the stay very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also satisfying, with everything you would expect from a good buffet. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it a very practical choice. Overall, this is a hotel I would gladly recommend.

The room was very good, but it was very cold and the staff brought me a heater. The location is excellent as it is walking distance to the lovely old town and quite close to two tram stops. The breakfasts were outstanding, with a wide variety.
the hotel was good, but getting there from the station is not easy - I was overcharged by a taxi and heard at the hotel that there is meant to be a set rate. None of the windows could open.

No discussion about the quality of the hotel, including location, premises, etc.
To be honest, the price per night was really high and without including breakfast. After looking around there were similar options for less money. Although the staff was ok, I would have expected better.

Great location, clean room
The air conditioning quit working, the room got hot though we kept the curtains drawn, and the crew, though they tried, could not get it fixed during our stay. The staff provided fans but we were disappointed that Hilton couldn’t do better!

Great location.. beautiful old building . Great check in.
Uncomfortable beds.. hallway in the evenings was dark as the lights did not come on. Room was a fair size , however it was awkward to open the curtains.. we had to move the chairs
