Exceptional
The place for breakfast had a view of the square in the Old Town. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Great staff who were very helpful.
Nothing, this was a perfect hotel, I would stay there again. Very convenient for the Old Town and shopping.

Good
Loction was excellent and reception staff were very helpful
It seemed to me that yu do not trust your clients - tking an extra Euro 50 per night then "refunding" it after the stay, Renting out umbrellas when it rains - not complimentary use etc Bar area was very utilitarian and the layout of the breakfast bar - whilst comprehensive was confusing. Also - and this was a boig thing for us - the only exit from the hotel in the morning was to open an emergency exit door !!!!!!!

We use this hotel whenever we com to Antwerp. Great location and value for money.
The coffee from the coffee machine at breakfast is very bitter and my wife always asks for a coffee to be made. Minor thing but you did ask. Breakfast is very good.
