The breakfast provided many choices and was fantastic. The beds in the room were very comfortable. Xavier at the reception provided excellent service and gave us recommendations what to do and visit during our stay. Thank you, Xavier!
We did not manage to turn off the aircon in our room completely. Once it was turned off, it adjusted automatically to the room temperature of 23 Degrees Celsius again. We would have loved to open a window in our room to get some fresh air in but this was not possible in this hotel.

Overall good stay, staff were great.
Close to everything, 100meters from station across the road, main shopping street around the corner that leads to the old town.
For some reason they only service the rooms on the third day of stay.
Had to request fresh towels which were delivered but bed left untouched.

Spacious room with a large bathroom. The location is very convenient, as you can walk straight from the train station to the hotel. The breakfast was also good.
The reception staff could be more attentive and helpful rather than simply ticking boxes and going through the motions.
The room also has what looks like a small kitchen area, but unfortunately all the cabinets were completely empty—no cups, spoons, plates, or any basic kitchen utensils. Looking at the photos, you might reasonably expect the kitchenette to be equipped, but in reality there was nothing provided.

Excellent location, right across the central station. The breakfast had tons of options to choose from!
The cleanliness wasn’t adequate, we found fingernails and fake eyelashes scattered on the countertop, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly and there were no slippers, which is not very hygienic when walking on a carpet.

Staff were fantastic! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and welcome. Location was perfect for us to be able to go around and explore. Great breakfast also to start the day! Room was also a good size, had all we need.
Only thing for me was the bed wasn’t as comfortable as other hotels we had stayed in, but that’s all personal preference

Close to train station, staff were pleasant, reasonable price.
Didn’t like the glass toilet door, the toilet had some stains at the rear that you could see when the seat was down, carpets (hallway) and seating were a bit worn, there were lots of small flies in the reception/restaurant area - think they were coming from the plants.

Staff were excellent and location is right across from the train station which made getting transport super easy! The room was also a pretty decent size, and we didn't hear anyone in the corridors even though I heard staff saying that the hotel was fully booked during our visit.
Nice fluffy pillows, and there was an iron and hairdryer provided.
Breakfast was decent, had a make your own waffle station which was fun but it was broken 2 out of 3 of our days.
Seems to be a common theme in hotels now that the bathroom door is made of glass, and right beside the bed. And even with the bathroom door fully closed/locked there was still a little gap you could see through.
Ended up peeing in the dark most times so my husband didn't get a view of my outline sitting on the toilet... would like to leave some mystery.
The drains also smelled terrible. But I think that was a city issue (rather than the hotel fault) as the train station also had a strong sewage smell. But a wee air freshener or diffuser to try and mask the smell would have been a nice touch.

location, comfortable bed and chair, breakfast available from 6AM
while attempting to take a shower, water was initially cold for quite a while so I turned the temperature knob to the right but then very hot water came through then turning the knob in the opposite direction made no difference… Water was dangerously hot so I had to use water from the sink to remove the body soap… horrible and completely unexpected
