Good location, underground parking at high cost, staff seemed disinterested a the barman had to slip through the rear patio door for a quick smoke during service (really!)!!!! Room staff were exceptional and courteous. General check in staff seemed disinterested. Told to ride down to the parking garage, press the button a the door would life - no chance, still there 10 mins later. Fortunately on motorbikes we could slip down the side of the barrier. Paid for parking and needed a bar code to exit but it took a good five minutes of trying to get the barrier to raise. Reasonable location and very comfortable bed. Hot shower and great marina views.

It was clean
We have been experiencing bed bugs since we left the hotel and now I’m so frustrated with it, need to wash all the clothes and sheets we brought with us, and my toddler has 10 plus bumps all over his body!!! Plus the door has extremely loud noise soon you or someone close their room, like you suddenly woke up when the thunder hits! My family and I didn’t rest well.

Outdated interior and the garage parking (although clearly marked as 50m away) should have a separate pin for people to easily find it.

Excellent staff, spacious clean room. Ac was great, silent without those crazy lights during the night. Option for a softer pillow in your room. An eye for the detail. Quick check in and check out. The breakfast is that standard Belgim hotel food. Not great but expected to be like that.
