Wonderful
Quiet room in a great location close to the train station, shops & restaurants. Short walk to the old city.
Coffee & tea supplies were very sparse with no milk or creamer.

Poor
The room was completely dirty, and the sink was broken. After we informed the reception, they promised to fix everything and clean the room. However, when we returned a couple of hours later, nothing had been done, and the new receptionist was not aware of the situation.
At midnight, they moved us to a new room. It was a bit better, but definitely not something I would recommend or a place I would visit again.

Fair
I received a good welcome at reception. The hotel is in a good location, close to the main station and easy to access Antwerp city. The room had good air conditioning and the bed was comfortable.
The room was not entirely clean, and also evidence of dead mosquitos and slots of blood on the walls. I think the room should be cleaned better.

Disgusting! I got bed bugs bites! The room is very old and dirty. That was the worst stay of my life, honestly.

Poor
The receptionist on the morning shift is very friendly and helpful.
A disappointing experience. The hotel appears not to have been properly maintained for a long time. The room felt dirty, worn out, and uncomfortable. To be fair to the cleaning staff, the problem was not poor housekeeping, but rather the condition of the furniture and fittings, which were old, heavily worn, and clearly past their useful life.
