Location is 5-8 minutes walking from antwerp station. Breakfast is good.
Air conditioned was not working and reception person immediately arranged for one fan. As per his immediate arrangement for fan, it seems that they are used to of this kind of complaints from other customers as well.
I observed that AC was quite new and probably it might have been arranged it for NON Working.
I was alone, so i could manage it; but if there are more members or family, then it creates problems.
Service is good and staff is very helpful.
Air conditioned should perform properly.

Easy to check in and a reasonable price for a city centre parking.
The first room we were offered did not have functional aircon. The second room we had booked was also the same. Cleanliness overall and drainage smells were prominent in the room.

Not far from the train station
There’s no kettle in the room, no tea provided, no cups. The sink gets blocked with slow flow and give odour.

The location was perfect for my plans. The staff were very helpful
The hotel is poorly maintained. Only one of 2 elevators is functioning, the other requires manually closing the door. There were no controls for the air conditioning and TV in the room, had to ask the reception to turn on the aircon

A good hotel. The location was good, close to the city centre. Facilities are basic, but perfectly good.
Had to ask for coffee making equipment, but was provided with a kettle, cups and coffee without issue.

Prime location—just a few minutes from the main train station, close to tourist attractions, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, and not far from the Old Town. Friendly staff. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
Unfortunately, the floor in the room was dirty; it may not have been cleaned in a while. The bathroom and toilet were clean. I haven’t received a bill for the stay yet.

Location and staff. Breakfast was great. Staff went above and beyond.
Some tender love and care needed in some spots.
