I found the luggage storage policy to be a significant security concern. The storage area is largely unsupervised, allowing anyone to enter and retrieve items without staff verification. Implementing a more secure tag-and-check system would greatly improve guest confidence regarding the safety of their belongings
While the official checkout time is 12:00 PM, the housekeeping staff began making significant noise at 7:30 AM. This lack of consideration for sleeping guests effectively nullified the late checkout benefit and disrupted my stay. I recommend reviewing your morning cleaning protocols to ensure a quieter environment for guests

The location was central and easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The common area looks well-maintained but our room was a letdown.
The room was not very clean. There were mold stains all over the walls in the bathroom. Even crazier, we had to take cold showers in the morning, there was no hot water. Not what we expect from a 4 star

Our room was spacious and clean. There was service to the room each day. The location was just steps from the central train station and convenient to getting to other places in the city. There were also eating options nearby.
We only had two hangers. We would have liked a few more.

Central location
Check-in line took >30 minutes. Very understaffed. The person that was there was friendly though. Music from a venue nearby made the windows shake. Grim area in the morning. Went back inside after trying to take some photos during golden hour, but felt too unsafe. Lots of junkies/dealers/people who are up to no good. Inside it’s ok but quite old.

Rooms are terribly old, shower was not sealed so leaked all over the floor every time. Can hear the neighbors in the other rooms, Some random guy knocking and screaming on the doors at 0530am Parking is paid…

Steps from the train station, walkable to center. Quality hotel experience at good value price. Desk staff couldn't have been nicer, especially lady during the day. Strong hot shower. Two fast lifts. Strong wifi. Tons of cafes, beer, and shopping, right outside.
A bit cold. Minisplit didn't seem able to make heat, and central was not on. (Autumn, 5-10C lows outside.)

Was close to Antwerp Central Station
The absolute without a doubt rudest staff at a front desk I have ever encountered. 2 different guys, don't know their names, Bag storage is an unlocked, unwatched room beside the front door. We were on the 5th floor and the noise from outside was ridiculous. Shouting at all hours. No coffee, just a couple of crumpled up old tea bags with the iffy looking kettle. Advertising a mini bar - note this actually means an empty mini fridge. Entire place needs paint. No one told us where the breakfast room was. Could not be bothered I suppose. In my opinion you should avoid this place, pay more where they appreciate your business. Leave them to their false feeling of superiority.

We didn’t get the room we booked because the hotel receptionist made mixup between the two rooms which were booked under my name. Furthermore, he was not friendly at all, refusing to speak to us on french!!!!! Air conditioner was not working in one of room and they force us to change room while we not supposed to change room!!!!!

One of the worst properties I ever stayed in. It is outdated and dirty. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO AIR CONDITIONER IN THE ROOM. You have to beg reception to switch it on. With zero control- it’s either a blast cold or switches off. Stop doesn’t know anything and do not want to help. Area is populated with sketch youngsters who harass you. Forget porter and any service as well.

The hotel is in walking distance from Antwerp Centraal train station and there are lots of places to eat and shop nearby. There are metro stops nearby, but no above-ground trams. They had a really good breakfast as well.
There’s no accessible entrance to the hotel. You have to climb about 5 stairs to get into the lobby. This is hard for people with mobility issues or heavy suitcases.
