Crowne Plaza is just off the ring road only 3117 feet from Antwerp Expo Tram Stop. It is a huge hotel, very safe and easy to check in/out. The staff was very nice. My room was calm, the bed comfortable. Complementary coffee/tea in the room. Decent breakfast. A gas station and 24/7 shop next to the hotel is a bonus if oyu need late snack...
The floor in the room was not clean and one could notice stains on the ceiling. The room got very hot in the morning (the sun operates early from the side that I got the room). The price is too high.

The staff at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. He really tried his best to assist us with every issue we had, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was good, and the availability of free parking spots on the street in front of the hotel was a major advantage.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a problem during our stay. Almost every surface in the room was dusty. We informed the staff about it, but the cleaning afterward seemed limited to just wiping the floors. The bathroom was also quite dirty. Although the hotel breakfast was good, it was very expensive. Luckily, there was a nice and affordable breakfast place right next door.

Nice swimming pool.
The first room was disgusting and the wallpaper separated from the wall. Restaurant is crazy expensive with small portions. Beds are not comfortable.

I enjoyed the private parking and the access to the restaurant. The water filters are a nice touch and the breakfast was amazing. The staff members are very nice and helpful.
I didn’t like the pillows; they were far from comfortable. However, the real issue was the spa. The sauna smelled of sweat, and not all guests were using towels. I understand that some people may not be aware of the rules at first, but I believe hotel management could display a clear set of rules at the entrance or, as in other places, occasionally check on guests.

Wonderful
Reception staff were very thorough in their booking in process. They were also very efficient, friendly and courteous. They were helpful in answering any questions.
At peak times it was a long wait in the queue to get answer to a simple question. At times they seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests arriving. The swimming pool was too cold.

The location was good and it had a wellness center
The staff were rude and abrupt and very unhelpful and sarcastic. Almost felt like it was because we were Asians.

Pleasant
Was only a single night stop over to break up our driving / travel and we arrived late. Beds were comfortable and staff were in general friendly. Location was what we booked for and it worked well. Breakfast was tasty and good.
Room was super hot when we got in as heating had been turned up to the max. As we arrived late and wanted to go to bed straight away, we had to open the window all night to cool it down (it was late December). The lady greeting at breakfast was rude, unfriendly and not helpful. It was busy but that is no excuse for a 4 star hotel given the price of the rooms. Overall felt expensive given the price,.room experience and level of service.
