The room was very big! Perfect for 3 people. Plenty of sunlight. Good price for Antwerp. They gave us toilet paper when we asked. Very close to AP University. The beds where clean. In six days they gave us towels once (but we had to ask).
The bathroom had a smell, the bin in the toilet had mold in the bottom. Spider webs in the corners and the floor did not seem the cleanest. There are no windows that can be opened. Kind of shady neighborhood. No cleaning service (you have to pay extra).

Its cheap , its clean, the staff are nice. and its near the flixbuss.
The toilet is in the second floor . So you need to go up in the middle of the night to pee . And you will here the noise of your neighbours. But with its price it is acceptable. And its clean so its ok.

Nothing much.
Dirty as hell, I didn’t even dare to step inside the shower. Loud through the night that you almost cannot sleep and the neighborhood is not suitable to walk around the night time.

Location (2 minute walk from Brussels -Noord station, Flix Bus station just around the corner also. Room was very clean, good facilities and a comfortable stay. Decent price also.
Only issue wed the noise outside which is beyond the hotels control.

A place with potential one could say. Close to buses and trams witch is a plus. Not far from the city center. A pentry with a fridge.
Cleaning leaves much to be asked. TV not functioning.

The apartment was dirty. The corners in the bathroom, appliances in the kitchen(stains outside the kettle), tomato sauce stains around the sofa floor. I think the apartment has a lot of potencial due to the size, but needs to be cleaned professionally and a furniture update(curtains and sofas…). The beds were very comfortable and customer service was pretty good(your English could be better though).

The Condo Gardens Apartments is a home away from home for me. I stay there every time I visit Antwerp. The stuff who runs this place is super friendly and tries to accommodate my needs from the moment I arrived until I left . Especially Mss Tamara and Mr Faruk who were super friendly and nice to me. I forgot to bring a HDMI cable from home and Tamara gave me hers and didn’t even want it back when I left . I will keep staying there every year I visit Antwerp.
