Location is great right by the central station. Price was good. Staff were friendly.
There was no self check-in, and the wait for checking in at the reception was quite long. Room could have been cleaner and tidier. The electricity access neat my bed had been disconnected and had to crawl under the bed (where it was quite dirty) to reconnect the cable. Other occupants of the room were quite noisy even late at night.

Location obviously is great, right outside the centraal station, but the overall quality was very questionable, compared to standards expected from A&O.
The guy at the reception was pretty decent and was dealing with us nicely, but the girl was a bit condescending and barged in our conversation. The elevator was creepy. The room was alright but some fundamental amenities were missing.
