The location is great, it’s next to the train station and only 10 minute walk from the bus station.
There are no communal areas, cooking facilities and only one lift. The place was dirty and the bunks have no power socket or light.

Literally only giving 3 because of these two points, otherwise it would be a solid 1: awesome people at the reception (thank you for your advice) and location (in the center, right opposite train station, supermarket next door, walking distance to most sights). There is a possibility of late checkout until 2pm (15 euros), which is for someone with later flight/train but forget sleeping in, it is not possible in this place.
Paying 86 euros for a 1 night and receiving that room is absolutely outrageous. I unfortunately had no other choice as I had a very early train (for that the location was great) but please if you are tourists visiting, choose something else. You need to do an online check-in even when you physically stand in front of the reception desk, which is time consuming and create queues, so just do it in advance when you receive the invitation e-mail, you will save yourself (and others) time. Despite the smoking ban, my room smelled like cigarettes, there were small flies in the bathroom, TV signal was on and off all the time, remote control did not work, wifi did not work. Cleaning is absolutely terrible - there were stains on the floor, bathtub was dirty, I feel like they only changed the sheets (or I can only hope they did) and that's it. On top of everything, walls are paper thin so if you are unlucky with neighbors (like me), you will get no sleep. Of course, this is not hostel's fault but there are ways to improve soundproofing and this NEEDS to be done. The room next to mine was literally 10cm away, I could hear every single word, laughing loud way after night hours, slamming the door early in the morning while leaving their dog (yes, dog!!!) inside so he was barking the entire time on Sunday morning. 0 consideration toward others, I had to wake up at 5am to catch my train, paid this much money only to be exhausted the whole next day when I needed to travel and catch a flight. There is 2 elevators but only 1 was working and it took ages to come. I understand this is a hostel but the private rooms (for that price) should be in better condition, cleaning HAS TO to be improved and so does soundproofing. This is 30 euro max experience.

The nice and big shower and toilet in the room, comfortable bed with usbc sucket above my head, clean sheets, the size of the room, table and chairs plus TV in the room, big windows, curtain for my bunk bed. Helpful staff, the price. Perfect location (2min walk to train station)
Old slow elevator, (since the renovation is going on in the building, probably they are gonna upgrade it soon). The long check in queue (need 2 people)
