15 minute walk from Central Station and close to city center.
Beds were really worn, sheets didn't fit the bed, floors were dirty, stove fan was so greasy it's considered a fire hazard, sudden smells of sewage, extremely poor sound isolation and you can hear every neighbor open/close doors or flush toilets very loudly. All this could have been considered fine if it cost 20 euro per night at a hostel for example, but we paid almost 110 euro per night, total 330 euros for three nights.

Nice big room with large windows.
In the bathroom, toilet seat was not easy to use. The cabinet under the sink obstructed the sitting space of the seat. I don't know how they have missed it.

As the name suggests, don't expect anything fancy. Everything is basic but if you're staying a few days, then it's enough. It could be a bit cleaner and things could be less worn (like sheets), but budget is budget. But the quality of service is a plus

Despite all the defaults there was a spacious flat
Both numbers for contacts shown at the reception aren't working, nobody answered. We waited nearly 2h, one was outside in the freezing weather. Luckily, a tenant let us in after one hour. Contacting them by mail or via booking wasn't working also. After, finally getting a more than delayed check in, we got the key to a flat, with 3 beds rather than 2. Not a bad thing though, the toilet wasn't clean inside, there was no heating turned on (still warmer than outside, kind of lucky?) Once we tried to take a shower, we got not really warm water, combining with the cold air due to non heated flat, it was a really chilling experience. Also, the environment was really noisy, with a lot of tenants,yelling in the stairs at every moment of the night. The door was locked but could get open with a strong push. That situation made us feel really uncomfortable. It was late and we couldn't find any option to cancel. Otherwise we would have flee from that shithole. I strongly recommend to avoid this place. For that price, it's really hallucinating to get that kind of prestations. Even for half the price, I still would consider it a scam.

My flight was delayed and the receptionist was very kind and polite, arranging a last-minute late check-in. I attendended Desertest and the position was a very good trade-off between the city center and the venue (Trix).
Our room was not very tidy. When we arrived, the floor was a bit dirty (not disgusting, just a bit of dust/dirt) also there was a surplus bed that had many stains. Ours were ok. If you are not careful, you will flood the bathroom when you take a shower, so pay attention

no clear instructions for checkin in and got a wrong passcode for the key and no info about the prepaid garage, beforehand, Luckily someone living there knew how to get into the garage and it's code ;)

Location, staff nice and cooperative ?
To much mosquito, no protection for that, during 4 days no clean up, no fresh bed clothes or towels, garbage hole so bad smells,... The building have not owner who take care nice ??
