The location is quite good, near shops, pubs etc. Tye room was clean.
I arrived around 20 and needed to do the self check-in. Terrible. I was there alone, but a group of boys was also in the room. As I checked in one of them read out loud my room number. Never felt so unsafe in all the years I travelled alone. The room was in the second floor and the wall close to the bed was all window. However, I could not open it as it gives direct access to a parking area. Basically, anyone could enter to the room if I opened the window. There was not space to hang the clothes.. The bed was uncomfortable.

Very comfortable bed, pillow, nice sheets. Renovated bathroom facilities.
No reception after 19:00. Breakfast starts at 8am. For business travels this is really uncomfortable. No mini fridge. No place to hang clothes (one rack over a small desk is no place to hang clothes). No closet. No hangers. Not spacious room.

Great central location. Comfortable clean beds.
Arrived late and hotel was not manned. Foyer dark. No water available. Self service check in directed me to keys which were not available. Attempt to use digital keys did not work. Spent 30 mins on phone trying to get into room. Room had splashes of coffee up wall.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The soaps smell really good, I want some of that at home. I could open the window for fresh air.
The elevator is a bit crazy. I don't mind, but others may freak out. The receptionist did warn us in advance. The toilet paper roll is in an awkward position. The bed had only one sheet on the mattress and it came off at night. Protect that mattress better. The electronical check-in process is not obvious. I had to help a couple of Sparks fans from France in their 70s to make it through.

Room door hinges are so noisy. Beds had thick sofa cushions rather pillows. They didn't mention we should bring our own pillows. Had a restless sleep without pillow. i wish room had Minibar fridge to keep inslin. hopefully they will consider for future.
