For us, the location was just perfect: 5 min walk away from train station, 25 min walk away from city center. Very close to good restaurants. Also we enjoyed the size of the room, the comfortable bed and the free coffee and tea. The breakfast was really tasty and variable.
We do not have anything to complain about.

Really nothing. Not worth for the money.
Really rude staff. They keep fighting themselves and also with customers.
You will never feel relaxed in this place.
Nobody takes any responsibility and try to leave the blame on the customer even if it's theirs.
The lobby is in the 7th floor. You need to unnecessarily keep going up for breakfast.
Overall it is a disaster. I'll never book this hotel again. Even if they provide me a free room I'll never stay there.

Super comfy beds, nice big room, staff was really nice and friendly. Value for your money!
We stayed there during a holiday monday which caused certain items on the restaurant menu and even beverage menu to not being available anymore.

Everything was good from the moment you entered until you left the hotel.. Staff was very friendly and ready to help you. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options was very good

1. The air conditioning in our room did not work. We had to ask the staff multiple times to turn on the air conditioning, even when they turned it on after alot of waiting and asking, it was not cold. After 2-3 hours they decided to turn off the AC even though we were in the room and were still using it when it was very hot. We asked later on to turn it back on, they did not turn the AC on and the staff present at the reception that night did not know how to turn the AC on. We had to sleep in a boiling hot room. 2. We paid for a room with two beds (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed). We only received 1 double bed and no sofa bed which we paid for. When asked the staff told us to pay extra even though we already paid for two beds. This led to my son having to sleep onto the floor which was uncomfortable and unclean for him. 3. When trying to use the bathroom and kitchen there was no water for 2-3 hours. When we asked the hotel staff they told us that this was normal. How can you stop water for 2-3 hours? this is absurd, how can someone use the toilet, wash there hands or have a shower. 4. The toilet smelled of cigarette smoke, we asked for a room with no smoking. I suffer from severe asthma and this made it worse for me.

Bed and room amenities were great. Bathroom too. Reception and public spaces also good. Location is very close to station, which is handy. Breakfast was great, also the staff quite helpful and polite. Rooms were soundproof and quiet.
Though it's close to the station, the area is not that nice. Also the front/entrance of the hotel is quite dirty and under some construction. The shower cabin was leaking water out, making the floor all wet.

Overall, our stay was fantastic, but I have to mention that the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Just a heads-up, be prepared for that. The location is somewhat ok, and even some parking spots out side so didnt have to pay. It's not to far from the zoo so no need to drive a short walk, and the city centre is really about a 5 min walk.
The bed is very small and teh sofa bed the worest of all time.
