Bed and cleanliness
The smell in the room was awful (sewer smell), it came from the bathroom. We did not get a good feeling

Perfect location, 400m from train station and central to shopping. Enjoyed my stay.
Towels need to be replaced with better ones. We had torn towels but didnt bother much as we were out.

Nice sized and appointed room, with a comfortable bed and it was quiet. Breakfast was quite good.
More than just marmalade for jam and fewer disposable small packages of things like butter, jam, and yoghurt

Very close to the train station and a lot of restaurants on the nearby main street.
The room was a bit old, and I had to ask the staff to fix the bathroom door knob, which was obviously broken. The breakfast is too expensive for what it is.

This modern hotel is in an excellent location next to the Central Train station and shopping district but the street itself is quiet. Loved the large size full suites with everything needed to cook/eat in the room. The gym and laundry were great assets. Would definately stay here again and loved Antwerp as a destination.

It was spacious and we enjoyed having a kitchenette along with the fridge. It felt like a functional and high efficiency studio that allowed for a work space and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was also very wonderful and the complimentary coffee/tea was nice too.
The tub could stand to be a little wider but otherwise everything was great.

The location was perfect.
The toilet door was facing the bed and was right next to the bed. The floor and table were not wiped when we entered the room. There were still crumbs on the table, and the furniture was dusty. There was an electricity black out in the morning, and it took them a few hours to fix it. A family was stuck in the elevator, and no staff was even there to calm them down. No staff even cared to explain anything to guests. At the stairs of emergency exit, some floors didn't even have light. It was completely dark, had to hold onto the walls and search for the exit door with your hands.

I had a very pleasant stay at PREMIER SUITES Antwerp. The location is unbeatable literally steps away from the Central Station and within walking distance of all the major shopping areas and sights. The apartment itself was very spacious, modern, and clean and the staff were professional and welcoming. It's a perfect base for exploring the city.
The only reason I’m giving an 8 instead of a 10 is that the shower hose was broken. It had a leak which made the water pressure quite low and sprayed a lot.
