The room was spacious.
The staff outside [security/doorman] were very courteous and helpful
AC was not functioning well; bedroom was warm
Shower gutter was blocked, had to ask maintenance to fix it
Reception staff need to be trained to be more courteous and pleasant, the one lady was quite rude and claimed to not understand English.

The Space apartment was fantastic and close walk to great restaurants. The staff was amazing and always available. The morning breakfast was delicious

Wonderful
Staff were extremely attentive, polite, and kind. Food quality was top notch and the chef and waiters were happy to respond to special requests.
Housekeeping was meticulous - everything fresh and clean daily.
Reception staff were responsive and friendly. Security staff likewise.
I would recommend the hotel without hesitation to business or leisure travelers

The personnel is very polite. The room is quite big, comfortable. There is no noise at all, cause the street where the Space Apartments is situated is very quite without vehicles and people, completely empty and clean. The breakfast was tasty. Like this Hotel very much.

I confirmed a price with booking.com, but the hotel changed my rate AFTER I had sent an inquiry about possibility to change my dates. No prior notice was given, and I was charged a rate I did not agree to. I had to ask for an explanation as to why my credit card was charged the amount, as no invoice was provided at the time of checkout.
Moreover, no hot water in the shower, even though I notified staff and asked them to look into it - I was charged $200 per night for NO HOT WATER at this serviced apartment.
