Room was lovely. Very tasteful decor and well maintained. Iron was available. Business centre operational and staffed by knowledgeable person.
The sound of the service lift but staff were very helpful in moving me to a quiet room.

I travel a lot internationally for work, and Royal Park is amongst the best experiences I have had, and keep going back to - it certainly is a home away from home. The staff are very welcoming and kind, and make sure the stay is always very comfortable. The lavish breakfast spread is phenomenal. Royal Park is centrally located, in a very clean and safe part of Dhaka, and very easy to get around from. I strongly recommend this hotel for stays in Dhaka.

The location is calm and convenient.
The staff was so Unhelpful took more than 45 minutes to get me a room after arriving at 10pm in the night. And it was a horrible window less room with only the lamps working the room was dark and shitty.

Well run hotel with very helpful and accommodating staff. Good standard compared with similar places. Good size room, comfortable beds.

Disappointing Stay, Much better value options available.
It all started off negatively when we were allocated a room that was not as described - we booked a room which had 2 queen beds - we got a queen and a single. Not appropriate for our stay. The management said it was an issue with booking.com and offered to put another bed in the room but there was physically no room. The room had no window and the AC had one setting - full blast cold, aimed directly at the beds, making a lot of noise.
We got the requested room on the second night. The room was small, but adequate. No smart TV.
Service from the staff was good, couldn't fault them. From the airport pick up service to the cleaners - all well mannered and helpful.
The food in the restaurant was relatively high price, but was great tasting.
It appears the hotel is going through renovation. There was a lot of workers decorating the place. Such a shame as this hotel has great potential to become a leading boutique hotel in the area. They need to up their room standards to match the price.
I have stayed in a similar grade hotel in the area and must say, they are better value for money.
