Room decorations were good.
The cooking accessories were outdated and unhygienic. Additionally, the elevator was out of service for the first two days, and it took 6-7 complaints before it was finally fixed. The microwave was broken and non-functional, while the washing machine was both dirty and not working properly.

Since the property was advertised as a three bed room apartment I expected to be standard three bed room apartment along with the bathrooms and kitchen etc. Things that did not meet my expectation:
1.The third bed room one on the right side as you eneter the flat looked more like a storeroom rather than a bed room
2. The bathroom next to it had a washing machine next to the toilet. I took a picture but could not upload it because it was video files.
3. The refrigerator in the kitchen was a very small one - not a family size.
4. Horrible noise pollution. The buidling is next to the Mymensingh highway and hors are blowing day and night.
5. I think the owner should take to name Rajanigandha suites from the ad or put a sign on the building saying Rajanigandha suites to avoid confusing customers.
The people were very helpful and dedicated.

I had a terrible experience trying to find the property and get the keys. We located the house but there was no Rajanigandha written anywhere. Actually, there is no such thing as Rajani Gandha suites. It was sweet sounding name given by owner to describe his property to deceive the customer. Also they said I have to call the manager when I arrive at Dhaka to get the key. I did not think I have to do that. I sent an email few days prior to my arrival confirming my arrival. I have been a Booking.com customer for 20+ years and never had any issue like this one. Anyway after about an hour of waiting we got the keys. The third bed room was more like a storage room and the bathroom had a washing machine. Terrible noise pollution. The car horns did not stop for a minute during the night.

easy to excess . very good self cooking facilities . good rooms . nearby all grocery shops .
Too much traffic and honking noise . Could not sleep 1 st night . Owner must do sound proof of all windows and doors to avoid such nuisance .
