Assets, like wash room door was not locking, washroom all the silicon to be change, Buffet chaffing dish never clean looks so dirty and most of them damage, table lamp was not working.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Victory. Airport pick up and transport was fast and efficient. Rooms are clean and refreshed daily, good hot water, breakfast buffet with nice selection of hot and cold items. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for reaching many sites and railway station. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and very happy with my choice. Will be happy to stay again.
Rooms are a bit worn but otherwise well cared for.

The property staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in at night, so they offered us some fruit. We also liked the breakfast. It is very peaceful and calm. there is a big Chinatown mall nearby. The neighborhood area is a bit dark, it is in an old district, we guess.

The staff are all wonderful ( no exceptions!) Everyone was friendly, respectful and very helpful!!! Thank you very much for your kind service. The hotel is conveniently located to Old Dhaka and railway station.
The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The window was able to be opened, which is a big plus for me, as I dislike air conditioning.
The bed was very firm, which I don’t mind ( some may think too firm). Wifi excellent. Nice hot water in the shower. Breakfast options limited, but enough. Plenty of options in menu for lunch and dinner, and very good taste. You can dine in the restaurant or in your room.
Nothing to complain about.
Tea making facilities in the room would be a suggestion.
