Breakfast was superb. We had a delightful meal. The location is also great which is near everywhere. I'd love to stay again in this same hotel, once I come back. InshaAllah.
The space in the shower room. For smaller people it could be good but for larger people, the space might not be good for you. But overall everything is excellent.

The staffs are excellent
- They showed one price, when I wanted to pay then they said 20% extra for VAT, which did not show in the final price. They said it booking.com 's fault.
- They could not give me room 705, the wall was damp and wet, damaged. Then offered room 706 , which was very noisy.

The location was too beneficial for business purpose roaming. Though, I didn’t get time to have breakfast there due to my tight schedule.

Hotel Shuktara is a typical mid range hotel. The room was nice and had what I needed. It was clean with a good shower. They were able to give me a quiet room which I appreciated.
The hotel is right near the National Parliament as promised. That's all I wanted to see and I chose to walk. Lots of restaurants nearby.
The staff let me push the check out time by an hour. Beyond that, you need to pay. And they helped me with the Uber heading to the airport.
Tasty breakfast with tons of options but something didn’t agree with me. Probably the raw veg.
If you have a sensitive stomach, avoid the raw veg at breakfast.

I loved the staff they were very polite and helpful. They all were very nice and friendly people. Both the day and night shift workers were all attentive whenever I needed anything. The rooftop restaurant and the downstairs restaurant staff were also outstanding. I would like to mention the names of the staff from my long stay there.

Overall a good environment and a perfect place to stay in framgate, dhaka, Bangladesh.
If possible, the management can fix an aircondition facility in the lifts for more convenience.
I hope the respective authority will understand about that issue for the guest satisfaction

Overall the hotel environment is perfect, the breakfast service supervisor Mr.Toy is doing great job ? his eye ?️ contact is really perfect as per his position, Thank you Toy and I appreciate you ☺️
Some room numbers are not comfortable as per the inside room area, like as room numbers 2,8 in all floors, there is a couple bed but the bed ?️ has covered full room areas and wash room basin is very small truly writing not comfortable to use it

The staff at the front desk and the porter were very friendly and welcoming. They were polite and spoke good English. Since it was my first time in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I asked some questions and always got prompt, helpful answers.
I ate at both of the hotel’s restaurants. The rooftop restaurant serves Indian/Chinese/Thai dishes, while RASUN offers Bangladeshi food. The portions were generous, and as a foreigner I found the food authentic. Many locals eat there too. Prices are a bit higher than in other places because of VAT and the service fee, but the hygiene and environment make up for it.
The hotel is close to Farmgate Metro Station and about a 20-minute walk from Tejgaon Railway Station. If you’re comfortable with crowded public transport, the location is convenient. I took both the commuter and metro trains, which were interesting experiences. During my trips and rickshaw rides, locals helped me buy tickets and negotiate fares. I’m grateful for their hospitality.
Outside the hotel there’s a busy market that runs day and night. It’s perfect if you want to experience local street life and pick up small items, but it can be noisy, so keep that in mind if you prefer a quiet stay.
Overall, during my first visit to Bangladesh, I appreciated everyone who helped me. Seeing the country beyond YouTube and TikTok, I noticed the chaotic streets and the unsettled political climate, but I also saw how eager people are to move forward and improve their country. That left a strong impression on me.

The hotel has a perfectly quiet environment and there were none of the issues inside the room, buffet breakfast was great and delicious ? and some items has changed daily, we love the rooftop place, Hotel location is heart of the firmgate abd infornt of Metro gate
