The location is really good. It was close to the airport and close to the major highway.
I’ve stayed with them many times before, but it feels like the quality is dropping slowly. The food selection was not great, the room service menu is very small, and you’re left with very limited choices. It wasn’t like this before.

The location close to the airport is perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Super close to the airport, the food at the bar is really good. Staff were super helpful as well! Bed was super comfortable and the room was a good size.
The shower clogs if you don’t get cleaning in even for 1 day.
Also, not the properties fault but because there are generally a lot of mosquitos, it’s hard to relax at the bar even if the food, view and ambience is nice.

The area of improvement is the cleaning. Overall the room was cleaned but a few areas of the room were not well cleaned.

The location is excellent, near to Dhaka Airport. Thats the man reason I booked the hotel this time and in the past. Its a good hotel with good standards of service. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a reliable safe place near the airport
The charges are not clear and difficult to understand. For a good hotel they should ensure that staff are trained and able to explain what are the hotel charges and what charges are down to the local municipality.

Location is great for connecting flight, clean and comfy room. Great staff and food. Support staff was great and understanding.
Room was a bit small for the money worth but it was clean and comfy, staffs were really good.

Literally five minutes from the airport, but still quiet enough for a quick transit nap or longer stay. Great restaurant on the roof and gym. The Duty Manager at reception Nipu is a great, funny, professional guy who goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need. From a customer point of view, their recognition of repeat business through room upgrades where possible or free airport transfers means a lot. Definitely recommend.
Gym is a little tight if there are more than a couple of people in it, but good when it’s quiet.
