Not a big deal but, we had to carry the lounge chairs to the beach and back.

The property was extremely clean, and exceeded my expectations. We were greeted by Cyrus, who assisted us with check-in. Cyrus was very kind and went over the top to ensure we had a pleasant check-in. The rest of the staff and security around the property were also very kind. I love the area and felt safe, I will definitely be back here soon.

The condo was absolutely spectacular. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We were met on arrival and provided with an orientation of the complex as well as the neighbourhood. The location is great. Close to grocery, restaurants, shopping and right on the beach.
The only item we would have liked is a bar of soap in the bathroom.

The views from the beachfront rooms are stunning and equipped with all you need to lounge and relax. The space itself is well decorated and stocked and the staff is kind.
The roaches!!
I was first in a 2 bedroom delux and saw a huge roach. The staff assisted with the removal and provided spray. The room/view wasnt the one I saw advertised so I asked to switch and was graciously accommodated and able to get a beachfront room for an upgraded price.
2 days into the stay I saw a huge roach in the main bedroom. I sprayed it and decided to move my items into the 2nd bedroom. I went to move my shower items only to discover another one in the shower crawling through my washrag and one on the floor. At this point I called for assistance. Cyrus came and said that they come up the drains since the water pipes are all connected. He poured treatment down the drain and checked the rooms.
I then went to prep the shower in the other room, only to turn around and see another roach by the bed and one that ran off. I called for assistance again and Cyrus came back and bombed both rooms with spray. I slept on the couch for 2 nights because unfortunately there were more. Two smaller ones ran across the kitchen counter the next day and one larger one was flipped over by the front door.
The hotel charged my original room fee but I was definitely traumatized. Ive stayed in various places around the island since and no one seems to have the same issue. I let the staff know that I believe they have an infestation.

Awesome location! Villa very roomy! Fantastic balcony facing the ocean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Shower stalls needed a thorough bleach cleaning. Mold in both showers. Had to kill a couple of cockroaches.
