Great location. Lots of walking areas for restaurants and things to do. Across from beach. Pool was average size but very clean and easy location. Great shower.

This hotel has a fantastic location. It is simple and delivers basic hotel services well enough. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area is nice and not terribly crowded when we were there.

Location was great regarding all things beach and tourism (with tourism-related drawbacks of course). Much to do and easy to do near by. The hotel itself was clean and functional, staff was super nice and professional. Extra points for parking (no charge) in hotel car park!

Our room faced the gap (room #324) so we could hear the nightlife rather clearly, wasn't a problem for us since we're deep sleepers but just to note it was not a quiet room. The location was fantastic and the restaurant was a lovely experience.

The hotel was very children friendly. My children were able to enjoy a safe and peaceful environment

The location is perfect. Walking distance to most things. There is a beach across the street.

Too the front desk/manager ,to housekeeping and to the staff at the restaurant were amazing. Everyone was a delight. I would definately stay there again and refer people.

The pool was very clean ? and the hotel is generally clean.

Was expecting a more quieter room the room was right next to lobby and in the vicinity for main traffic in and out of the hotel, to pool and restaurant.

Upon arrival there was no staff at reception to check me in,I was told that the guy stepped out (this was around 6pm). After waiting I had to leave the hotel and the came back. After I came back and checked in, I asked the guy (Alex) at front deck for help with my luggage he said yes ( I had a big suitcases, a duffle bag , a stroller and my 5 month old baby) when I got outside he didn’t even move from his seat but I realized he was “ HIGH” after waiting I then went back in and the security Alison helped me,(she was very helpful) I explain to front desk that I was traveling with my baby and it would be hard for me to go up and down the steps with my stroller&carSeat a baby bag, my bag and my baby.alex then told me it was only 10 stairs (in which it was 20+) he told me he’d help me get a different room in the morning in which I didn’t get. I booked this hotel because it had the option for me to add a crib, when I got to the room there was no crib i asked Alex multiple times for the crib I never got it , after I went out and came back I asked him again for the crib he said he didn’t know how to set it up. Mind you I been book this reservation in advance. Fast forward to the day I leave. I called the front desk for help with my luggages, the lady I spoke to never send me anyone I called again , I had to start struggling with my stuff, until I saw the security guy running to come help me. ( I didn’t get his name, but he was very nice and helpful throughout my stay)

Rooms location was perfect

Location was nice. Grounds and common areas were clean and appealing. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I love the room the service of staff the pool and the hotel was across the street from the beach
