Big room. Beautiful view. Clean
The room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm although 2pm was the advertised check in. We only waited 15 minutes, but i was very tired from the flight and wanted a shower.

Everything was great with location and service.
Unfortunately the noise from the Karaoke bar across the street made it difficult to fall asleep. Particularly some drunk women thinking they could sing !!!!

The two restaurants had good food and very nice associates. The kitchen dinnerware and cookware were all in new condition and matched sets. The location was great.
People reserving the lounge chairs but many not using them. Management needs to address this. Mattresses are saggy and bed pillows lumpy. These need replacement.

Location very central, staff very friendly and rooms overlook the oceans. The beach was just about swimmable, the chairs by the pool were all reserved by people leaving towels (but almost no-one using them) from about 8:30am but some did become available later in the day.
Quite noisy at night.

They will tell you on the phone that they will send a shuttle to the airport for you. They will not!!!!! they don't have a shuttle. the charge will not be reimbursed to you either., for a taxi.

It is about 5 mnites walk to Dover Beach which is a relatively large touristic beach. The hotel is clean and the pool is nice. Rooms overlook the ocean.

Right on the water with a kitchenette. Rooms are so clean and comfortable. The staff are outstanding so kind and friendly. Love the locations of this hotel as it is around all the restaurants. Would highly recommend this place and have stayed here for many years.

I liked the location, in the Gap and close to all the hot spots.
We were located on the third floor and there are no elevators! Also, no courtesy water, tea or coffee is provided in your room. While there is a full kitchen, if you wanted a cup of coffee or tea, you need to ensure you walk with these, including sugar and milk.

It was an excellent environment. The room was spacious and colorful. It had an excellent view of the ocean. I enjoyed the swimming pool as well. everything was good about this place, including the location. close to everything we needed. I would stay here again.
I would have liked to have an elevator so we could visit our friends. But, that was not really a big deal for us.
