The apartment is clean and comfortable. We were able to cook in the kitchen and wash clothes while we were there (stayed here for 14 nights). The beach is a 1.5 mile walk (about 45 minutes) with most of it down hill and with a sidewalk. Very short distance to a local grocery store and pizza shop. The bus to town or to the beach is very close to the apartment. It was nice staying away from the tourist places while meeting lots of local people. Collis and Jazmine were lovely hosts making sure we had all of our needs met. They were available with any request or questions we had. Towels and clean sheets were offered routinely. The cost was appropriate considering the high costs of other apartments and hotels in the country. This was a nice experience.

I loved the location, the cleanliness of the apartment, the hosts and the overall set up. Very efficient and perfect for a solo traveler.

Cash only, up front. Use a credit card service for everyone's comfort and convenience. I don't want to stand there counting cash in front of people I just met. The owners lingered at the start and were constantly watching and making noises outside the kitchen window at night. Not enough towels. The picture shows a room with a balcony. The room was actually ground floor, no balcony

We arrived at the property on the 8th of March my Brother and I to be greeted at a property we didn't book..we had booked the apartment they'd advertised in the photo not a ground. When we entered the place was very old and an awful musty damp smell. Very disappointed. So next Morning we got up and the place had ANTS and we then walked on Maggots they where in the bathroom hall and kitchen. The toilet was absolutely unfit to use filthy and a must smell of urine disgusting. The sink was coming from the wall along with the shower taps the mat in the shower scruffy. We'd not Mat to step out from the shower disgusting. The toilet had overflown on to the floor and they said "only put tissue down" but we hadn't put ANYTHING down it We brought them in to show the state of the place and they said" YOU BROUGHT THIS IN The Maggots " we just laughed then said we could LEAVE but NO REFUND so we'd to go to the shop spend €50 to clean the place. As we couldn't afford to move. The alarm on the wall for a fire never worked the light in the sittingroom kept cutting out fire extinguisher not working. My brothers clothes had a terrible smell off them from the wardrobe. Disgusting. The pots are despicable kept sticking and hot handles plus pan too lethal They gave us only 3 towels for our 3 week stay and gave us one set of sheets for our 3 week stay. The area is DODGY very rough even the locals said it don't walk here at night!! It's about a 40min walk down to Oistins. This place needs closing DOWN Booking.com they Cancelled our booking when we pulled them on the state of the place but we where still there. Think it was because of a review we'd leave but fair play to David from Booking.com was great let us leave this review. We are still astonished at the reviews these got as nothing is nice here nothing not even the owners.

Everything was perfect. The host are wonderful people. The place is clean. Perfect location, close to a bus stop and not far from the airport. Price is reasonable. Host are very accommodating. Home away from home. Anytime I’m visiting Barbados again it’s definitely the place I’ll be staying again. 10/10

Felt like home away from home, the kitchen was stocked with appliances and it was great for us as we like home cooking. The bedrooms have AC which was really nice at night as the humidity is quite high in Barbados making it seem very hot. Clean bathroom and fresh towels provided, we had a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the patio area where we had coffee and our meals. The TV had a huge selection of channels and movies which was nice in the evenings. Collis was really helpful, he showed us the local supermarket and took us to see Hunt's Gardens and the Barbados Wildlife Reserve which were both fantastic! Miami Beach is about a 25 min walk and for us it was the nicest we saw in Barbados (we went to Welches and the beaches in Bridgetown). Overall we felt very rested and happy after our two weeks in Jazz apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and the hosts provided everything you'd need, i.e., microwave, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, dish towels, washcloths, and towels. There were ACs in the bedrooms with ceiling fans and a ceiling fan in the living room. The area is quiet. There's a bus that runs right out on the main street and a supermarket a short walk away. Collis also gave us a ride to the supermarket. He and his wife were extremely kind and helpful.
Having been to the island myself several times, I usually stay on the Highway 7 side of the island and this was nearer to the ABC Highway. The connection to get to the beaches like the Rockley or to the Boatyard is more involved, but doable. Can't say it's a "dislike" because I'd stay at the apartment again.

The location was ideal. Collis and Jasmine were excellent hosts! Both friendly and hospitable. I would stay here again! Taxi and grocery service was available. The beds were comfortable!
