We liked everything. It was very quite at night, safe, near a small beach. Sheila and Eric were lovely!

Everything was very accessible from the location to everything in the apartment. Sheila was very concise in her breakdown of my stay and was always very helpful. I could call and ask for anything! It was very hospitable and I will stay again, no doubt!

Everything… from our lovely hosts, to the apartment, the location and facilities just everything was fantastic!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the outset Sheila and Eric were so helpful from prearranging a car and catamaran cruise for us before arrival, to welcoming us and giving us all the lowdown on the apartment and local area. They showed us where to catch the bus, where the local eating houses were and then took us for a little tour and even shopping to get our essential groceries to see us through the first few days whilst we got our bearings. We cooked at least one meal a day in the apartment to save money and the facilities for this was perfect! We both said how grateful we were for this, having never been here before this saved us a couple days we would have spent sussing all this out ourselves! The area was perfect for us as we are surfers and walked into Oistins often which took us about 40 mins and 30 mins to Miami Beach. We had a car for a week and walked / used the Z-R busses for the other and found it all-in-all easy to get around. Highly recommend going to the Tiki bar on Rockley beach as a great way to spend a day, Surfers bay close by for happy hour and Chillin ‘n Grillin for the best food and atmosphere in Oistins ❤️ Eric gave us bananas off their tree and helped us with the roof straps for our car when we didn’t have any for ours surfboards, they offered when they were heading into town if we needed a lift and could not have done more for us. They left us to it as much as we wanted but we also loved sharing a sundown drink with them and spending time learning all about their lives here in Barbados. We were both touched by their kindness and hospitality, we hope to be staying with them again when visiting next! Would recommend to anyone ???

It was a pleasure to stay here. The property is spotless and peaceful. You awake and fall asleep to the sounds of nothing but nature. Rescue Beach is a short, easy walk away as is public transportation. The apartment itself is perfectly appointed with attention to detail and comfort for a short or longer stay. The pictures of the room listed are accurate-we stayed in far corner apartment with one bed. The views from the room, of the sun, and moon rising were nothing short of magnificent. We stayed in the one bed at the corner. Sheila and Erik are welcoming and friendly and as helpful as you need them to be. Towards the end of my stay I got to see the monkeys (from a far) thank you Erik! I would love to be able to stay here again on a future trip. Thank you so much for having us.

Location was beautiful and quiet

The apartment is in a Nice neighborhood. There is great parking on the property. The host is very friendly and ready to help with anything. The price we paid fair compared to other places on the island. There is a nice new good size fridge. The apartment is clean and quiet. In the area is a nice restaurant / bar with ocean view which we frequently visited.

Sheila and Eric were excellent hosts. The orientation and trip to supermarket were a great help, and they were super responsive to any questions. Rescue beach is very close but very wavy! For relaxing, head to Miami beach, easy walk and absolutely beautiful. Surfers Bar is 5 minutes walk from the apartment, lovely setting and live music ( and dancing) several nights a week.

Great location and good standard

Sheila and Eric really made our stay feel like a home away from home. The apartment was great, and the location was nice and quiet. There are buses that run every few mins to get you anywhere, and there's a great surf bar just down the road.

Very nice location a few hundred meters from beach/coast. Calm residential area perfect for relax. Two good dinning and drinking options in walking distance (Surfer's Bay, Chicken Rita's) Sheila and Eric are exectionally kind hosts and gave us many useful tips, did the groceries for us before our arrival, arranged a rental car etc.

Hosts were very helpful and thorough providing info and making sure that guests had everything they need at the apartment. 20-30min walk to kitesurfing beach which is what I was there for. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need, however it’s a very dated and feels like you have gone back in time about 30 years.

The location was only minutes away from a beautiful beach and the apartment was clean, with great air con and everything we needed. Owners were helpful, friendly and informative

The host met us on arrival and was able to hand over the keys. They were also able to give the good directions from the airport and answer all my questions ahead of our arrival. Taking us to get groceries in the first day, and for showing us where to get buses and other local intel was really great, and made our trip really enjoyable and stress free. We really loved our time at Esaw Place and would stay again next time we are in Barbados.

ESAW Place is located in a quiet residential area away from the main attractions. If you want peace, and quiet at an amazing price, then you can't go wrong here. Eric & Sheila, the hosts are really good, from the communication I had with them prior to arriving, their attentiveness to anything I needed, and their welcoming and friendly approach were really appreciated. I chose ESAW Place based on my budget and other people's reviews on various internet sites. As a lone traveler who wanted peace and relaxation for a week in Barbados, ESAW Place was perfect. I would highly recommend staying there and I will be returning in the future. If you have any questions about what is available not only at the accommodation but also in the local area, just ask the hosts Eric and Sheila and they will be very honest with you.

Shelia and Eric are really lovely people There is nothing they wont help you with..!! Their place is close to a lot of lovely beaches and just a bus ride away from Bridgetown...!! Shelia and Eric will help you with all your leisure activities and restaurants/ excursions etc My Son and I had the best time ever...!! Thank You Eric and Shelia x
