Mr. and Mrs. Browne were lovely hosts.
There was no AC in the main living areas, only the bedrooms but that's ok, welcome to island life!

What I don't like is waiting outside for an hour and they let make wait till my employer paid my accommodation.you must let me in first and make to wait inside for verification

The apartment has everything that you need. The owners are lovely and always available. The shower head wasn’t working properly, which we were ok with, but when we told them, they immediately replaced it with a new one. This was my second stay here and we will be back!

Alvin the host- was incredibly helpful and friendly.from the moment we arrived he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed- he made sure he showed us the area and offered to take us grocery shopping,this place is walking distance to surfing beach and regular beach. The apartment was big and had everything we needed. Good internet. Very clean. Nice porch and walking distance to bus station and amazing fish market- the beach was incredible,,

Consider having a small table and 2 chairs inside the room for having meals. Will be helpful to have more shelving room and less hanging room for clothes.

The location was great - about a 13 minute walk to a fabulous beach. The Hostess gave us a ride to the grocery store which was very kind of her and gave us a chance to orientate ourselves. The apartment itself was quite minimally outfitted - so salt or pepper, no coffee filters, limited number of dishes and cutlery.

We loved the location, small terrace, wooden ceiling, lots of pots and pans, AC in the room, fresh bed sheets, staff is kind and a nice lady suggested us beach towels, you can hang your towels/ clothes outside; soap/shampoos/body lotions are available. We’d stay again with pleasure.
A few things to improve: we used the toilet and at some point the flush stopped working. Luckily my friend used her skills and fixed somehow lol. The bathroom door is very noisy, old and loud. Take earplugs cause the sink pipe does loud bubbling noises sometimes. The door can be closed only if you lock it with keys.

Check in was pleasant and the lady was personable ........very helpful with information.
Apartment was spotless, no dust bunnies under your feet or any residuals from the previous occupants, kitchen and utensils were clean, linen and towels not only looked clean but smelt like it.
Last but not least, the brief interaction we had with the apartment attendants was courteous and helpful especially in assisting with getting transportation.

Property had a great location, very clean and was cleaned 3 times whilst we stayed. Clean towels were provided each time. Cleaner was lovely and came and asked most days if there was anything extra we needed

The walk along the coast road to catch the ZR or Public Transport bus is scenic. However, if you're a senior citizen, be mindful of time of the day you choose to do so. The heat can be a challenge.
Be extra cautious when walking along the narrow coastal road to and from the property to Oistins, with local traffic. You need to share this roadway with local traffic.
Commuting to and from the property to Oistins by hired taxi or ZR can add-up. On future stays, I definitely prefer a 1 bedroom apartment instead of a studio.
