Wonderful
The room was very spacious and comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice surprise. The restaurant was lovely and the location was excellent.
Would have liked a smoking area and some shampoo for the room. The woman who worked in the gift shop wasn't friendly and talked on the phone the entire time we shopped and bought items. The check in person wasn't very helpful and didn't give accurate information about the property.

The maintenance crew was awesome and so friendly. The rooms were ok and they were cleaned every day which I appreciated. Rooms are somewhat updated.
The main pool was murky the whole time we were there. I was grossed out and did not go in. Yet they were posting photos of the pool looking clean and it did not look that way in person.
The photos of the beach online are deceiving. It looks nothing like that.
The staff at the front desk are not friendly and they act as if you are bothering them every time you talk to them.
The entire resort could do with a fresh coat of paint. They renovated most the rooms but then the walls were dirty. A little paint would go a long way.

Spacious well equipped room.
1. Instructions weren't given regarding power for the room using a key card, this should be shared at check in.
2. The beach - small and no beach chairs.
3. Limited information shared on restaurant and dining options- which nights are buffet etc..

Excellent location. Good seating areas with choice of pool or deck. Rooms excellent with good sized bathroom. Very good restaurant with good choice of daily specials. Employees very friendly and helpful.
All good but not so happy with the loud TV showing sports in the dining bar area even though no-one was watching. (Minor criticism).

I only needed a hotel for a night to make an early flight. It was conveniently located near the airport and the room was large and fairly comfortable. They had a cocktail hour with free rum punch and music that was popular. I got to enjoy the sound of the waves. Staff were friendly.
The only dinner option was a buffet which was fine in terms of the food taste, but expensive for what I wanted to eat. When I checked in, I arranged for a taxi to the airport in the morning and was told the price - when I got the taxi in the morning, suddenly the price had increased by $10. Seems like it's a place for people on full board tours which is not really what I was after, but that's my own fault for not realizing. The pool area looks better in pictures than in real life. Facilities are worn.
