Apartment was basic but price was excellent. Air conditioning in both bedrooms worked very well.

It was clean. They had central air. There was plenty of hot water. The neighborhood was safe. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Apartment was more than adequate for a quiet one-night stay. Location was 10 minute drive by taxi from the airport. Walking distance (less than 1 mile) to several eating choices and a full service supermarket and pharmacy. It met our needs.

The property was quiet and safe. It was was within walking distance to a beautiful beach and outdoor eating venues. On route for all public transportation. The owner and his assistant were very kind and willing to help us with anything we needed.

The apartment was comfortable and clean; the staff was helpful; close to the nice, quiet beach (10-min walk) and the main road where you can catch a ZR (they run constantly and easily get around (we didn’t have a car).

Don’s apartment is a lovely place to stay in Barbados. The location is very good and the apartment is comfortable and practical. Don and Esther were very helpful and accomodating. Will be staying here if we come back!

Comfy appartment, but not near from beach. 20 min walk to Miami beach and fishmarket, 15 min by bus to Rockly beach, 20 min by bus to Karlaile beach. Ester is very positive and nice women ❤️?

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying in this nice apartment during our first trip to Barbados as a family of three. The accommodation was perfectly located in our opinion, offering peacful views of lush greenery right from the balcony where we enjoyed sipping coffee, tea, beer or rum. We loved spending time out there every single day for at least an hour, watching the hummingbirds flit by, observing the playful geckos and other lizzards, and being mesmerized by the butterflies and many birds. At night, the magical fireflies added a touch of wonder to the serene atmosphere. Every morning, we were greeted by roosters :) and at least one monkey in the tree, which was a delightful surprise. The apartment itself was spacious, nicely equipped, and comfortable. It had a fan for airflow in the living/dining room, and the bedrooms were equipped with air conditioning, making our nights cool and relaxing. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. We were also very impressed with the attentiveness of the hosts. Mr. Don was always quick to respond to our emails, providing us with any information or assistance we needed. Ms. Esther, who welcomed us on the evening of our arrival, gave us a great overview of the area. She kindly showed us the nearest beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets, as well as shared useful tips on where to catch buses. It really helped us feel more at home and confident exploring the island. The neighbourhood was peaceful and welcoming, with kind local people greeting us every time we met. It truly felt like a safe, friendly place to stay. This location was an ideal starting point to explore the island, with easy access to nearby attractions. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be returning to AnnJenn's.

Great location, close to the Supermarket and Oistin Fish Market on foot. Close to the beach, however it’s worth to get a bus and check many other beaches too. Close to the bus stop and a great restaurant, Surfer’s café. Spacious rooms and terrace in the Apartment. The host prepared us some beers in the fridge, they were very kind.
