The host was cordial and professional. He was available to hand over the keys to the property and was helpful in helping me settle in.
The living room does not have air conditioning. I suspect that this is likely because it is an open-plan living area with the kitchen merging with the living room, however, this made my use of the living limited as I was inclined to use standing fans whenever I was in that space.

Smell bad ! No hot water ! No paper towels or regilar towels! No trash bags ! Owner would come in without permission when we were gone ! Wash room stinks ! Owner Rude and non professional!!

Very Clean , location is 10/10 if you like to explore and be with the locals like me this is the place for you…Ashby very friendly and understanding… everything is nearby and accessible by bus!!!

I like how modern the place was and very clean.
There was a funny scent coming from the bathroom when you flush the toilet . That's something that should be checked. Also there is a small roach issue. So maybe there should be sprayed.

The villa did not have air conditioning. Google maps did not locate this property upon arrival. Please make sure you pin location for easy return.

Very clean, excellent location, very easy local transportation and Glendon was a wonderful staff during the stay, always available for help. I will recommend without any problem.
In the future will be perfect if the bedroom have a air conditioning but is only a recommendation in a good way. Nothing bad to say
