Great breakfast incredible staff lunch and dinner good We received an upgrade to a deluxe suite which was exceptional The quality and availability of drinks was first class
The television in the suite lounge did not work and despite a couple of requests it did not get fixed Not enough sun beds for all guests and we were very unhappy that guests had to get up early to put towels on beds to secure them eventually we had to do the same My wife had a fall as she tripped over a small lip on a ramp to the bar deck maybe this should be painted

Quality of food was really good. Alcoholic drinks were known brand names and cocktails were well made and of good quality. Service and staff was very good. Beach and location was excellent. Room was lovely and overlooked the beach
The pool was a bit dirty sometimes (sand etc) but this was not too much of an issue

Good location, convenient for the beach and local to Holetown and the dive centre at Coral Reef resort. Excellent food and wonderful staff. It was good to have limited free use of water sports facilities at the neighbouring hotel, but see note below about dangerous/difficult walkway access.
The property is looking tired and needs some TLC. examples include salt and pepper pots that are rusty and very old, Exit signs hanging off the wall, grubby walls that need a coat of paint, non-slip stair strips loose and torn, flaking paint around the edge of the pool, uneven of crumbling pathing slabs. Unfortunately the reality did not match the pictures which seem to have been taken a few years ago. The walkway to the neighbouring hotels, in order to use the shared facilities, is in a poor state of repair and dangerous to access on foot. I noted this was a Marriott hotel so I would have expected these issues to have been addressed with a little investment.

Frequent wrong or incomplete meal orders.
Tables in restaurant often missing items of cutlery, crockery or napkins. Slow to be cleared from previous diners. Limited outside seating.
Expected items broken or missing from bedrooms.
Sun beds worn and grubby, booked from 6am so sometimes none available.
Extreme noise from machinery adjacent to property.
No beach when tide was high.
Lack of information about daily events.

Fantastic small hotel. We love how quiet and relaxed it is.
service can sometimes be a little bit slow at the bar. There's only one bar here because hotels so small and sometimes if bar was busy we waited a long time. This is not a major issue at all but is something we noticed.

The hotel, the restaurant the rooms the staff are all very tired. its dirty and due a refurb, thank god we only booked one night so we could move to a better hotel.
