Wonderful
West coast beach location was great. Hotel provides wonderful service. TV includes FOX News! Restaurants all very nice.
Jacuzzi was not hot. Rooms need an update.

The location is fabulous. The accommodations are somewhat dated yet comfortable. They are, however, right on the beach. Ours had a lovely balcony with very good views.
The air conditioning seem to struggle. It could get hot at night while sleeping. We were there with three other couples and none of the room refrigerators worked. The service of some of the dining/beach service workers was lacking as well. The rooms were overpriced for the level of service received.

Exceptional
Great location on a lovely beach. We had one of the “beachfront suites” and it was fantastic—so nice to walk right from our room to the beach, and the deck area was like having another living space. Staff were exceptionally friendly and caring, and the level of service was very high—the staff unpacked our bags, brought us coffee in the morning, arranged transportation, and more. A smaller resort, it felt intimate and homey while having all the amenities of a larger hotel. The food was delicious. We enjoyed meeting the other guests, too, everyone was friendly. The hotel is close to Holetown and not far from several restaurants and other beaches; it’s easy to take the bus, or the staff will arrange a taxi if needed.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable; my child ended up sleeping just on the sofa, not pulled out. The service was sometimes a bit slow, but it seemed more like “island time” than because of any issues.

Everything; location, facilities, staff, food, I can’t fault a thing.
We stayed last year and we loved it so much that we had to return.
There is nothing to dislike, except having to leave at the end of our stay.

Location was fantastic.
Staff were very helpful and always very accommodating. Service was fantastic.
Hotel was meticulously clean.
Gym would definitely benefit from an upgrade. It was below standard expected for a hotel of this nature.

Airport transfer. Location. Sea. Quality of food.
Staff like zombi. Service very bad. Butler is useless. At the restaurant: on breakfast you wait your dishes 30-45 minutes minimum. On lunch and dinner you wait your dishes more than 1 hour. And, for example, you do not get your desert, waiters just forget about it, but it will be in your bill... Late check out is big problem, even for 30 minutes

Breakfast selection was limited. We were encouraged to NOT order from the menu. When we did we waited 60 minutes for our meal. Unacceptable!

The breakfast was good. Varied in the selection of food.
The staff were friendly and they to remember what we liked.
The tables were plenty and they tried to seat us by the beach. They also altered the menu somewhat to accommodate people’s preferences.
The coffee could have been better. The juices should have been fresh.
The service was sometimes a little slow.

Beautiful location. Clean & comfortable.
Some of the staff were good others had a not really bothered attitude.
Could be so much better with more attention to detail like the candles on the terrace being lit at night as one example.

Shower glass walls were not chalked so water flew out largely into the bath tub.
