The accommodations were as described in photos. The apartment was really nice with a great view. The resort was festive for the Christmas holiday. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommend for a family Christmas vacation.

Everything! It was so beautiful and well maintained. So relaxing. Breathtaking views. Extremely clean. All the staff were wonderful! Checking in, checking out (DiAngelo). Loved the pools.
It was a longer distance to places we wanted to visit so we rented a car. We turned it in 1 day early because driving was too stressful.

Our stay was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. We loved the large deck area and the private pool was a big hit with the kids. All the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly especially Rochelle, Lajai, Narissa & Grantley. We took the breakfast package and it was great- plenty of variety and all delicious! The restaurant overlooks the sea so there are gorgeous views. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the property. The gym was good too.

Very disappointed on arrival when the room we received was still in the midst of being refurbished! Dusty, no shower curtain, very loud full blast AC, no batteries in TV remote, shutters stuck in open position from fresh paint, and the list went on. We kindly expressed disappointment and requested a new room the next morning. The upgrade was phenomenal, the staff genuinely sorry for the inconvenience, and the new room and complementary breakfast and airport shuttle were the best apologies we have ever received.
Swimming in the ocean is not recommended unless someone is an elite and adventurous athlete.

Management was subpar. Filthy private garden pool was not attended to before the day we checked out.
There is not a restaurant to eat breakfast at unless you go to the VERY expensive buffet.
Stocking of food supplies see ed to be an issue: no pineapple juice for pina coladas at serenity bar, no pizza at Carriage House, no tequila at beach bar, etc.

Upon our arrival to Barbados, we were welcomed by a Crane representative and transported to the resort. The front desk warmly greeted us with "rum punch" as we waited for our room. The staff was professional, accommodating, courteous, genuine, humble, and efficient. The complimentary wine from concierge was an absolute delight! Ericaline was a gem. She made sure that our lodging stay was immaculate and accommodating. Marguerita and the other members of the concierge team were knowledgeable and so pleasant to converse with. Anderson, a culinary staff member, and Mr. Henderson, a local nearby vendor provided a brief history of Barbados.

I liked the suite; beautiful and so were the grounds
I didn't like that nothing was complimentary. The suite didn't even have complimentary water. I felt it was pitiful that as expensive as the suite was, they didn't even give us water. Everything was over prices the prices are so high that they make sure soend lots of money, breakfast for 4 200 dollar, the with toast scramble eggs and sausage. Not even fancy food food that you cook every day at home. Charge 18 dollars just to walk the terrible tasting food to your room. Loved the Italian restaurant found it the night before we left. I ordered a cobb salad and ask for a trail bag of chips it was not complimentary. I had to pay 3.50 dollars. 1ply toliet paper nice look resort but they are cheap with their customers, to front desk they are poliet but believe me you're nothing special. I'll never stay at another Crane Resort.

Lovely smart resort. Well maintained. Nice clientele. Convenient for the airport.
We keep trying to like the south coast of Barbados and The Crane is a lovely resort but it's in the wrong location for us. The beach is lovely and well kept. In fact everywhere is well kept but the sea is not the same sea as the platinum coast. Not turquoise. Not calm. It's the Atlantic and the churn of it brings a lot of seaweed. And though they were trying really hard with a digger to till the sand and remove the seaweed they couldn't clear it quick enough. And for the same money, even though this was a hotel with a kitchenette and plenty of facilities in house, we felt we'f prefer to spend the same money on an apartment on the west coast and walk to the nice restaurants along front instead.
