The breakfast was actually the only good meal. The staff was nice. That's about it.
Change your picture and description on bookings.com because there is no Beach. This was the worst birthday vacation I ever had. I will be reaching out about a partial refund because I did not pay all that money to end up in the hospital with diverticulitis from your food. I've never had this before in my life. Also there were no dishwashers for the glasses they washed them by hand which is very unsanitary. I feel taken because again what was stated it should be was not specially not having any Beach. Again I will be reaching out to you for a partial refund. Again I am in the hospital and I have proof of this so what can you do for me because I am very very upset.

CathyAnn greeting you upon arrival sets the tone of a very positive experience. Everyone working at CB was kind, so positive and warm you can’t help but feel spoiled. Drinks are yummy and huge variety of libations make it fun. Have fun and participate in evening activities! Food is good and attempts to please all. If you are a foodie don’t set expectations too high, you are there to enjoy the full experience!!
Towels! More beach towels please!! Water toys can only come out when the water permits. Don’t blame the CB Barbados staff though, it’s a safety issue.

Food was overall very good. Endid’s atmosphere and noise level rather uncomfortable though.
Friendliness of the staff. No water sports activities due to ocean conditions - which seemed questionable at times. Constantly dirty and wet sun chair cushions. No NYE fireworks, pretty disappointing.

Outside facilities were just right. Plenty of seating ,nice pools & restaurants were well organized.
We requested a ground floor room 10 months before our visit & followed up a month before & again a day before.
It took multiple visits to reception to arrange this very important item over two days. We were given an entry level room versus the superior room we had paid for. It took us multiple trips to reception over two visits to the property to get a price adjustment & we are still awaiting the return of the check-in deposit.
On our second visit we again had to go thru multiple visits to reception to be allocated a ground floor room which thanks to the intervention of a management rep was accomplished without the previous hassle.
The food was very ordinary & definitely not upscale. The restaurant service however was well organized & superb.

The hotel has billed over $1000 dollars over and above the Booking.com fee I paid. They have not been responsive at explaining why they have billed my card with these extra amounts.

Really spacious rooms. Super clean. Quiet and calm environment. Big pool. Plenty of chairs and shade. Lovely beach access. The drinks are AMAZING!! Heavy poured & delicious!! No water down all inclusive here!
Beds are hard. The food leaves a lot to the imagination. Breakfast buffet has few options and is the exact same every day. Lunch & supper few options & everything is so dry. We absolutely LOVED this place but the food was the biggest fault. I survived the week on the desserts

Good location and while no direct access to beach or sea, the Sandy Lane beach is right next door. About 10-15 mins from some great restaurants too, The Tides and Paul Owen’s at the Beach House and nice shopping area in Holetown.
I stayed at Sugar Bay previously which was much nicer in comparison. Hotel and communal spaces were quite tired, clientele seemed much older and didn’t find food very appealing so ended up eating out a lot.

Just got home from our stay at The Club Barbados, I would like to say a big thank to Caroline the Manager & all of her staff, everyone went out of their way to make sure your holiday is enjoyable and stress free.
I have already looked at booking for next year, looking forward to seeing you all again.
You can't really fault this Hotel, great value for money, great location & very helpful staff.

Wonderful
The accommodation was clean, comfortable & spacious. The food was of high standard with many delicious menu choices. The staff were professional, welcoming & very accommodating. We were very happy here & enjoyed ourselves immensely. We would have loved to stay a few more days.
Of course it would be nice to have a beach in front of the property, next best thing it’s a short walk away.
We made the booking 8 months in advance & requested rooms next to each other. Instead, one of the rooms was 3 floors up in one block & the other was 3 floors up in the next block so not very convenient sharing items between rooms.
