There was no breakfast, the location was good but to get to the location you had 8to go pass crazy looking people, they'll just stand in the road and fail to move
The bedroom was cool but the rest of the place was very hot ,even with the fan operating ,couldn't take the risk of opening the windows, because of the people I saw around

Location is remote but the beach is right across the street, you can walk to a couple food stalls, the ez shop, the ZR stop and surfers bay. The space was good, everything I needed to cook but no oil/salt/pepper so you have to buy your own.
The living area gets quite warm, the aircon is in the bedroom. Was told at check in they had water problems on this side of the island and he showed me where the extra water was in case I needed to flush the toilet after it stopped, doesn’t mention that in the listing and it didn’t happen while I was there but FYI.

Wonderful value for the price. Clean, friendly, 2 mins to the beach. Perfect. Tony was friendly and tolerant at all times. (I lost my keys!!)

The locate was perfect. The beach was a jump away from the site. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was very clean and inviting. The owner was pleasant, on time and explained the area and things to do. I would refer this place to anyone looking to getaway for peace and quiet.

Very Poor
No hot water from the april 5 till 14th had to got to friends house to take showers. My last day in the morning about 9:00am. Check out day the water was hot. Crazy uncomfortable vacation

It was close to the sea and beach. Even though you could really swim that side, it was still great to have the sea that close. The place was also quiet, very relaxing.
The place could definitely do with some more hands on cleaning, but it was sufficient to spend a quick few days near the sea.

As a host Tony was fantastic and very accommodating and the whole process was very easy and stress free

Excellent host in Antonio, met me upon arrival and showed me around. All the creature comforts you’d expect! Cold air conditioning and very close to the beach!
