Location and the restaurant were great! Sophia and her team were amazing. She took such great care of us.
It’s a bit tired. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks was extremely low in room 101.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Immediate accessibility to a beautiful beach, right off the open hotel lobby. The hotel is dated but comfortable. Full service restaurant onsite. It is very close to Bridgetown and to the port. Reasonable room rates.
Our only complaint was the tub/shower where it was impossible to regulate the temperature of the water. The shower would turn repeatedly from icy cold to scalding hot. This was not the case only with our room.
The food in the restaurant is well made but the service is very slow. We waited over an hour for an appetizer and another hour for our main course. That experience made us look for restaurants outside the hotel.

The location was good. I could walk out of the hotel to the beach. Beach was clean and well kept.
My room wasn’t fully supplied with towels and wash clothes. I had to ask everyday except for check in on the first day for towels and wash clothes. Front desk staff was friendly. The staff at the bar on restaurant not so much. Restaurant was very slow even when it was pretty empty.

The building has not been worked on in quite some time, it needs a renovation, the beach is small and there is not enough seating on the beach or around the pool for all the guests

The staff were friendly.
The rooms were not properly clean and needed updating, there was inadequate plugs, the dryer was not working, not all the rooms had iron and board etc. Overall, for the price point, it infrastructure was not good.

Staying at the Radisson Aquatic Resort is like staying with your favorite family member. Where you feel the love and the dedication to make your stay an amazing one. From the welcoming at the front desk to the staff on the beach every one goes above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one.
They need to have a microwave available for the guest to warm food after hours but besides that there isn't anything to dislike.

I came for my mom's birthday and we had an amazing time I can't wait to visit again.
There was no microwave to warm up my food after hours it would be great to have a microwave on each floor by the ice machine if not in every room

the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable the made our visit that much more enjoyable. they were even involved in a surprise luncheon for my niece
they don't have a microwave for guest to warm their meals. this is a big inconvenience especially when there are leftovers or food purchased off of the establishment

The staff is amazing we visited for the first time in December and was in a car accident while on the island. Let me tell you they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. With that said we decided to visit again and was not disappointed I highly recommend this establishment for its care, attention to detail, and commitment to hospitality. This is our home away from home and we thank the entire team for all they have done to make our stay amazing

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. And was very knowledgeable about local things and places to go.
Everything was great I wished they served Mauby and offered a few different menu options but otherwise everything was perfect.
