The place has potential it’s just a little run down

Dilapidated decor. Foul smell in bathroom. Room not cleaned whilst out. Breakfast was very small portion for the price. Heavily in need of renovations. This place was good a few years ago.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The beach was really beautiful, and its close proximity made it convenient for me, which was excellent.
The outdoor restaurant/dining area provided a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the meals. The beach view added to the experience.
There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was great.

beach very nice but very small, have to get up early to get a chair. stayed in beachfront room & was awesome, 2 sets of sliding doors to open & create a wind tunnel which I love! the front desk staff was extremely helpful & fun, our flight got cancelled to next day so we returned to hotel & girls at front desk got us a room at the best rate!!!

The food and drinks availability - the property has so much potential with its superb location and existing pier to a restaurant - the franchise owners should do something about it .
Also, the bathroom was not of the best standard - with the tub being old
Further, there were leaves around the pool and the beach lounging chairs can be updated to more modern ones

Location was amazing. Private beach front access with chairs and umbrellas was great. Close to town. Easy walking distance to Bridgetown and a short bus ride to Oistins. Staff were very professional and friendly.

Very friendly welcome at reception (Gisele was super friendly).
The location was ideal on a very nice beach and not too far from the airport.
Good value/price for what I thought was a rather expensive (though modern) island.
The property was showing its age a bit. I didn't encounter any maintenance issues, though, so it's not a real complaint.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Immediate accessibility to a beautiful beach, right off the open hotel lobby. The hotel is dated but comfortable. Full service restaurant onsite. It is very close to Bridgetown and to the port. Reasonable room rates.
Our only complaint was the tub/shower where it was impossible to regulate the temperature of the water. The shower would turn repeatedly from icy cold to scalding hot. This was not the case only with our room.
The food in the restaurant is well made but the service is very slow. We waited over an hour for an appetizer and another hour for our main course. That experience made us look for restaurants outside the hotel.
