Felt like I was in Miami. Both staff and guests were polite, friendly and accommodating. One of the best staycations ever. We did not want to leave and my child wants to skip school.
Pool was being resurfaced so was not usable until our last evening.

The property is in an excellent location and the shuttle to the beach is perfect. The management were very accommodating and when I mentioned an issue it was addressed within hours. It was very clean always.
The rooms are very close to eachother and being an outdoor situation with windows open that is a bit of a problem. Children screaming in the pool can be a problem or people who go to the pool and choose to play their music loudly. I would like to see this addressed at least in the form of a notice to guests and posted at the pool. The facilities were tired - the knob for the oven was not showing any temps, the shower head was not good. But these issues were addressed in the price.

The location was great, with it's own pool for the complex. The apartment was of ample size with all amenities for self catering. The staff were superb, being very helpful with their local knowledge. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient and helpful and polite.

The property is beautiful, the grass is well kept and the trees are trimmed and the nature scenery is just stunning
The noise from the lawnmower was a bit off putting

The pool was never crowded and always clean and warm. The food at Panenka was quite good but a bit pricey. The beach shuttle was very convenient . Our room was quite pleasant.
The kitchen was quite small and it was a very far walk to get a Zr mini bus.

The size of the apartment was nice. It was clean and the room attendant did a great job with tidying back up and changing our towels on the second day. It was quiet and relaxing.
I didnt like the fact that the ac kept cutting out by itself every 10 minutes. The first night we were there we hardly could sleep as we had to take turns opening and closing the door so the sensor could let the AC cut in. The 2nd and third night the AC worked well but then the 4th day it started back doing the same thing. However, the guy came and temporarily fixed it so we were comfortable until we left.
