Pool was dirty.. Would be nice to have a starter kit on arrival like milk bread and butter. Could charge.

The villa had plenty mosquitoes and sugar ants the toaster oven was very dirty

This could be 100 percent an oversight on my part when booking, but we didn’t know the living room didn’t have AC. The bedroom did, which is important. The kitchen and living room space just got a little warm during the day. Again, I don’t think that is necessarily the fault of the hotel. I may have just missed that in the booking process. Overall a great stay and fair value for the amenities and space.

Shuttle to beach only twice a day.

I don’t know because although I had two bookings with them that were confirmed until day of arrival they didn’t have my rooms.

No water pressure in the shower

Everything seemed outdated: the kitchen appliances, counter top, bathroom sink and counter. The grab bar in the bath tub was not placed well. The grip was slanted and that could cause injuries to happen more easily. The dish drain was old. There were rust spots in the kitchen and the bathroom. The furniture coverings were outdated. Chairs and tables by the pool seemed outdated and worn. Patio furniture was outdated. Pigeons and chickens ever present at the patio view. Seemed that the patio needed a fresh coat of paint.

Toilet didn’t work very well to flush.

Room needs updating, kitchen is really in need of full update as well as bathroom. Bed was not comfortable.

1. Unfortunately no internet connection in a bedroom, even leaving room had rare and poor connection. I had to run around apartment to catch signal all 19 days. Just bad. Couldn’t book my plain ticket, had to call airline. Couldn’t do airline check in 24 hours. 2. My booking contract had only one night charge in case no show or cancel less than one week. I intentionally choose high rate to have this policy as if I stack in snow at airport in Canada. BUT, when we arrived property already charge 50% of the total price of 19 days stay. Unbelievable. I called booking.com and they confirmed that my contract was only one night and not 50%. Just bad. So be aware of this. 3. There was only one night table in bedroom, my husband used garbage can ( upside down ) to keep his phone, glasses and clock over night. 4. Door to go outside didn’t had handle to grab and open door. Strange, but front desk told us this is normal. I asked a few times to move to another room with better internet connection but there was no response. I was told management was change recently.

There's honestly nothing to not like .

Some fixtures need updating or replacing.

No AC in living room area and no TV in the bedroom.
