Location is only a few minutes walk from Mullins beach. Sea shed was lovely for lunch and dinner. Adrian’s is great for sunset drinks. We also went to Real Jamaican Jerk about a 20min walk away which was lovely.
Buses are just a few minutes walk away to Holetown/ Bridgetown or Animal Flower Cave.
Spacious apartment. We got upgraded to the 3 bed from the 2 bed but the 3 bed doesn’t have an outdoor seating space.
Marc was very responsive via WhatsApp. Easy to access and he met us there on arrival.
The aircon didn’t work but the tradesman was fixing it on our arrival. Unfortunately it didn’t work again after a couple of days. The pool was not really usable during the week days as they are building more apartments behind it so the noise and dust is off putting.

Proximity to the beach was great and within less than 5 minuets walking distance. Enjoyed the modern aesthetic. Bedding was amazing in the primary suite!! Enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants like Sea Shed and Pier One in Port St-Charles.
It would have been nice to have a few more basic amenities like sugar, kleenex, body wash and lotion. Also access to reusable bags for grocery shopping would have been a nice touch. I would also suggest increasing cleaning from every three days to every two. For a family of four, that was a long time to wait to get clean, dry towels. Construction in front of the hotel upon arrival on our first night lasted well beyond 10pm - but luckily that was the only night it lasted that long. It's unfortunate that there wasn't a washer/dryer in the apartment itself but this was easily remedied with one for the entire building on the upper floor. We had also just come from a different apartment complex the week prior that had an fridge with an automatic ice maker. This might be something to consider when purchasing the next batch of appliances.

Great boutique hotel in a safe location in Mullins. Beaches are not that great on this side, so drove to pebble beach and brownes beach for beach leisure. However, the hotel is near markets and restaurants within walking distance
The hotel doesn't provide enough of the basic essentials when you arrive, no sugar, water, etc. Also, they need to supply more tioletries such as paper towels and toilet paper. Also, cleaning needs to be done every 2 days.

The wild monkeys daily at 4-5 pm like 10 it was amazing to see on the patio
location was a taxi everywhere bc of distance and safety, roosters at neighbors behind woke me up at 5 am daily but whatever the pool looks better online it needs a revamp and the gym
smelled musty and had no exercise equipment like a treadmill or bike just weights very bummed that a workout couldn’t happen . Another couch in living room would’ve been nice or chair to relax

The staff was extremely friendly and the property was very clean. Our two bedroom unit was spacious and perfect for our 3 night stay!
It would've been really nice to have shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms, as well as body lotion.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
They are building Mullins Grove 2 adjacent to the property and pool area and there is constant noise as would be expected from a building site. I was disappointed that this was not included in the property details and not communicated to me by Booking.com. Personally I would not have stayed at the property had I known.

Staff is excelent, accomodation is really spacious, extra clean and nice, cleaning every 3 days. And yes you can see the monkeys outside in the morning ??
Pros: hairdryer, iron, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
Cons: shampoo, soap are missing, just so you know

The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Mullins Beach and Gibbes Beach being a 5 minute walk from the complex was great. And the views on the beaches were amazing...local foods were delicious...
Nothing negative but having toiletries would be great...and although we used the internet to organize day trips and excursions, having a guide or book for recommendations would be an added plus.

We had an amazing stay at Mullan’s Grove in Barbados. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home, thanks to Denise and Mark, who were fantastic hosts. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference—they were always on hand if we needed anything but also gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our stay.
The property itself is beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and surrounded by nature. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Whether we were enjoying a quiet morning on the patio or unwinding by the pool in the evening, it felt like a true retreat.
The location is ideal—private and tranquil, yet close enough to stunning beaches and great local restaurants. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.
If you’re looking for a place to unwind and experience the best of Barbados, Mullan’s Grove is a hidden gem. Huge thanks to Denise and Mark for making our stay so special—we can’t wait to return!
Some of the facilities around it are very expensive but a short trip up to sleightstown and there great value to be got.

Really nice, spacious room. Great a/c and wifi. Pool was good, spent a lot of time there. Bed was big and really comfortable. Concierge was helpful and courteous right from arrival till we left.
Nothing really, only thing was having to get across H1 to go to the beach or restaurants but is literally 3 mins away and not a big deal.
