The place is really nice. Very clean and well maintained! The apartment is well equipped generally but need to put some essentials like coffee and tea. Provide some complementary water and such
The area is a bit too quite at night. Morning breakfast was a struggle as well with nowhere near open for breakfast and the place not providing breakfast options. So to me, location isn't the greatest.

Really enjoyed our week at Mullins Grove. Apartment has everything you need and is conveniently located a short walk from Mullins bay.
Managed to catch the wonderful Sea-shed twice before it closes for a few weeks.
Would definitely use again if/when we return to Barbados
Only slight negative was the construction noise from the development across the road from the cat park but we were out most days so didnt really bother us

It is so beautiful and clean inside and out. The grounds are stunning, and all the plants make it so lush and secluded feeling. The staff was so kind and helpful! The location was a minute's walk to the beach, and this great place called The Fruit Basket with great drinks (with alcohol and without ). I was truly sad to leave but can't wait to come back!!
I honestly loved everything. If I HAD to mention something I didn't like, perhaps a bit more seating in the living room? (There were 4 of us in a 2/2)

Location was key for us. the facilities were a nice bonus. Denise, Mark, and Dariell(Maintenance) were so pleasant and very hard workers. We cant wait to return!

Great location, wonderful apartment. Very clean and convenient.
The staff were excellent and communication, top notch. Our flight, was delayed but they accommodated a very late check in and we're so nice to us. Will be back for sure. A huge thanks to the concierge.
The quality of the facilities which are shared were lower than I would think, having seen the apartment. The gym needs some upgrading and the pool area could be a bit more private.

Very little in the way of consumables provided, would have been nice to have had some small amounts of coffee, tea .dishwasher tablets and washing powder.

Great location a short walk to the beach. There's a petrol station nearby with a food mart which covered most of our needs with things like eggs, bread, milk, beer. We ate out otherwise. Locally, both Sea Shed and Adrian's are excellent for food and drinks. A short walk away Grandene's and Bombas are also good options. The apartment has everything you need to cook as much as you want to. We didn't really see many staff around but Nicole was there on our last day and couldn't have been more helpful as we had thought we'd lost a pair of glasses, she called and visited the places we thought they might be for us, over and above customer service.
The white sofa needs changing out, you feel like you can't sit on it as there's a sign saying you'll get charged extra for cleaning which isn't really very welcoming, but this is the only complaint, everything else was fab. The balcony is large and protected from the elements, we spent many an evening sitting and enjoying the breeze through the palm trees

There was some building work next door and a noisy cockerel all night some nights, both outside of the control of the property.
One small suggestion would be to provide a few toiletries and supplies for the washing machine/dishwasher not a problem for us as I had packed these.

Amazing apartment in the perfect location
No outdoor seating space as advertised on some of the pictures but didnt hugely bother us.
