A 10/10 on all counts. Absolutely wonderful place, brand new, well equipped and squeaky clean. The host was so kind and responsive that we could not have wished for more. The fact that we can take a bus all the way from the airport or Oistins directly to Speightstown makes this place extremely accessible even without a car. If you have a car it's even better, but it's good to know you don't need one. The apartment is one of 4 in a standalone building within a stone's throw of the beach. It is so nice to be able to see and hear the beach from the apartment, although that particular beach is very rocky and not so good for bathing. Within a 10min walk, there's a beach that's great for swimming, snorkeling and even for kids. There's also two food places just around the corner from the apartment, which makes it suitable for travelers who didn't rent a car. All in all we loved the place and would love to come back the next time we're on the island.

The location was great, there was a lovely beach on our doorstep and a great bus service which we found fantastic as we didn't have a car.

Everything was excellent! The location (close to the beach and bus station), the apartment ( very clean and cosy) and of course, Pauline … a very great host! We will be back, someday!

It was an amazing experience. The location was very near to Speightstown with the perfect beach and perfect Caboos beach bar. Very cheap supermarket in Speightstown and very nice food in Brady's bar full of locals and amazing sunsets. Apartment itself has everything you may need and Pauline is a very kind host :)

Very clean throughout. Really good value for money. Comfortable beds. Close to beach and amenities in Speightstown. Pauline was easy to liaise with and a helpful host. She met us on time and responded quickly with a last minute request for help with a taxi.

Loved my stay here,we definitely got the best room! Clean,bright and we had loads of room.

This place is the ideal place to stay if you are not interested in the city's activities. It is very clean, the owner is very accommodating and pleasant, it is well equipped with all amenities, the beach is literally one minute walk. You can't beat the price, it is a fantastic deal.

Clean, spacious, airy and light, everything you could possibly need was in the apartment, full kitchen with all the utensils you could want if you were minded to cook whilst there, we weren’t! Pauline was there at the apartment to meet us when we arrived, even organising the taxis to and from the airport and was the perfect host, always there if we had a question and let us be when we didn’t, though often asked if we were doing well. Super generous with her help, taking time out to drive us up to Animal Flower Cave when we told her of our plans to visit, and also allowing us the extra hours to stay at the property on the day of our leaving, at no further cost! Can’t fault anythjng about the stay and should we visit that area of the island we’d have no hesitation in booking Pauline’s place.

We stayed here in October. Pauline is a wonderful host. Very communicative and has a solution for everything, also for my questions not related to the accommodation! She is also a really friendly and warm person.

The friendliness of Mr John who greeted us when we arrived, even the other people staying there is very polite. There was complimentary drinks on arrival , the apartment was very clean , comfortable & nearby transport services. Beach across the road, I will certainly book again & highly recommended.
