The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. This was our best experience at Mango Bay. We have visited 8 West Indian islands , Barbados was superb. We will definitely return

Very Poor
There was literally nothing worth the money paid
A hideous, dilapidated tourist trap. Despite the best efforts of the staff (who do try) this place is lacking of any semblance of a luxury or 4 star hotel. Facilities are extremely basic and in a shockingly poor state, absolute disrepair. Save yourself!!!

Location is terrific
Service was inconsistent, some days no turn down service, food often reverted to buffet service - one evening the beef was off before 7:30! One day the bar ran out of water. Relaxed dress code has resulted a reduction of standards - locals appearing to be dealing drugs with hotel guests at night from the beach or in local streets - apparent lack of security by beach at night.
