Wonderful
Pool was very nice and the beach was beautiful. The guys on the water sports section would bring out an umbrella for you and set it up which was great. They also had good entertainment every day. Mostly music at night, but also a fire show which was fun.
Service at the restaurant was really slow. The staff was very nice, but it took forever to get a drink or food. Also, there was no where to easily get coffee in the morning. If they had a little coffee shop area, that would really be a great addition. Walking into town was complicated by the 2 giant sandals resorts next door, so the roads all looped around those, but we did find we could walk down the beach to get to the Dover market and restaurants there pretty quickly.

A) Gorgeous setting!
B) Most beautiful Christmas tree we've ever seen!
C) Our suite 5119 spacious, comfortable, intuitive lightning and electric, wonderful patio with waterfall

A) The place needs a coffee/tea station in room or lobby, open all day (other guests were all in agreement with us!). We had to pay to get a simple cup of coffee, plus pay for additional coffee at breakfast.
Even the least luxurious places we've been to have complimentary coffee and tea service!
B) Service throughout was generally courteous and helpful, with a couple of lapses. Reception seemed a little cool at first and they are the first people you see after a long trip.
C) Make sure there are enough beach towels..several times throughout the day, you ran short.

The cleanliness, the hotel staff, and the proximity to the ocean. The food was excellent.
The gym, kids room, and laundry room need updating. All are very damp, and humid and triggered coughing. The dryer did not dry my clothes after 2 passes. I ended up taking my wet clothes home.

Small and compact, everything you need on site for a beach based vacation. Pools were comfortable and relaxing. Pool bar is a nice touch. Food at the restaurant was outstanding and the nightly entertainment enhanced the island relaxation vibe.
Not much to comment here. Having a coffee station/cart in am wouldn’t hurt.

The pool was good.
No elevator, no food or drink service at pool or on the beach. They only had one bartender at the pool bar. They were constantly having to run and get more alcohol and supplies as they kept running out.

The staff was amazing. Temar at the front desk, always had a smile, was helpful and remembered my son's birthday, and made sure he felt special. Jose and Vivan at the pool bar had great personality and energy. You can tell they love what they do, and it is felt by the guest!
The only downside was the massive amounts of seaweed/moss, which covered the beach front. The team made amazing efforts to ensure it was dealt with and cleaned up on a daily basis.

Beautiful hotel and nice location. Some staff members were really polite and go the extra mile attitude but there were also some they weren’t very flexible.
Some of the staff were inflexible with some matters and the manner was questionable at times. My partner is from the hospitality industry and works closely with 4-5 star hotels so we felt overall good but more work can be done on similar experience among staff.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but the beach on that coast isn’t friendly for children so would keep that in mind next time.

Quiet and clean. Very professional and friendly staff.
The pool could use a deep clean. There was a lot of oil build up on the sides of the pool. No doubt from sun screen.
