Pleasant
The staff was super nice and very friendly.
The sheets on the bed were very thin. Balcony furniture was on the cheap side. Sliding glass door could be updated . Maybe spruce up the stairs and walkways leading to the fourth floor. Door to room did not feel secure when locked.

The location could not have been better -- right by the beach and restaurants --- which we enjoyed. If the fixed up the hotel it would be a much better experience
there was barely anything available for breakfast --- I think saying breakfast is included is a misnomer--- almost nothing in our room work including the hot water. There were two locks on the door one broken ---- the only saving grace of the room was the balcony. Also there was not enough staff at the front desk - check out took over 30 minutes - often as you were going to the beach you had to wait 15 minutes + for pool/beach towels to be washed -- the one day we just gave up and took our bath towels -not idea

There was no shuttle provided as listed online and no complimentary breakfast is offered or option was available. The room had a very bad odor. The toilet was backed up and did not flush.

Housekeeping, restaurant and general staff are an asset to Blue Horizon. General Management is not an asset to this hotel. Management should be aware that the customer is booking this hotel to have rest and enjoy the hospitality environment. Every day was a facility concern that management appeared to have neglected. Be professional and honest with your guests. Don’t instruct your staff to fabricate the situation about issues affecting your guests.
Plant needs to be upgraded.

The location was great - right across the street from the gorgeous Rockley Beach, which has chairs and umbrellas. Very close to the beach boardwalk also.
Expensive for what is really a 2-3 star hotel. Weak shower pressure. Bedding only had a sheet on top (no blankets).

I like the area of the hotel
I didnt like that they gave me a room on the last floor and my dad who has cancer and a bad back had to walk up and down 6 flights of steps, when asked to move to a lower level I was told they would call me to let me know, but I had to go ask again and was told they are full....I will not book this hotel again they also need a better breakfast it was more of snacks than breakfast

The location of the property.
During my entire 6-night stay, there was no hot water. I reported this issue every day, yet it was never resolved, forcing me to shower in cold water throughout my stay. The toilet also had a stiff handle that made flushing difficult. The overall quality of the facilities did not justify the cost. The facility is clearly in need of an upgrade.

The room was great. The cleaning was fantastic. The staff was very great and helpful. The location was nice. It was just across the road from the beach. Breakfast was included, which was really nice. Rashad and the front desk personnel was really wonderful
I did not like that the breakfast wasn't a full breakfast. It was a partial breakfast.
The light setting in the room was not that great.

Nothing at all
Everything! Rooms are not as pictured. Don’t be fooled. Room was dirty , furniture / appliances was old/ rusty. Front door and patio door lock was broken and made me feel uneasy and unsafe. Restaurant was untidy, there was bird poop on the chairs you sat on . Free breakfast not worth it
