Nice hotel, rooms were clean and all inclusive drinks were constant from the bar staff who were super friendly and attentive to our requests. Good location, bus stop at the end of the street and easy access to Oistins and the gap for the nightlife.
The hotel was a little dated a needed some modifying. As younger travelers ourselves, the guests were mainly older so not much socializing within the hotel and the entertaining during the evenings catered to the crowd. The Beach can become a little crowded due to a large hotel and a small beach space and people reserving loungers whilst going to eat etc.

The room was very clean and quiet. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. The resort itself was very nice. I will definitely be coming back. It's a great value with beautiful public areas.

The Facility was clean and they followed strict Covid protocol.
Our bathroom had trouble with the flushing pressure of toilet upon arrival and left a puddle on bathroom floor. This was never properly fixed during our stay. the phone at times didnt work in the room and the ac started dripping water. It was never repaired while we were there. Some staff were friendly and others made it seem you were a bother to them. Upon arrival there was no manual in the room as stated and no one bothered to correct that. when we continued to ask for extra water for the room it was never provided.

No Bell Boy on arrival, carry your own luggage at 83 with a Disabled Wife. Room maintenance seems foreign to them.Compared with previous visits vastly overpriced.New management and Staff cuts.

Reservation agent. AC did not work well. I moved to another room. Restaurant staff could have been friendlier. Insufficient vegetarian options. More variety in food options.
