We stayed here for a week. Its a good location, safe, the staff are very lovely. We had a lovely sleep in the bed and the villa rooms are very nice. We rented a car and spent most of the time down the local beaches and restaurants. This is a really good base for the island and there is parking which we found fab. We didnt spend much time at the hotel other than a meal in the Indian restaurant which was lovely. This place is good value for money on the island.
It is very dated & abit of a catfish from the photos when you arrive I do have to say. The restaurant hasnt got the best variety and the air con isnt in the main living area so doesnt make it really hard to spend time anywhere other than the bedroom. Our main door was also broke and never got fixed during our stay.

The hotel rooms were spacious and the bed very comfortbale. The hotel staff were friendly and helped me get a taxi to and from the conference venue, they also help me log on to Hopscoth, the Barbados version of UberEats.
But I found a huge cockroach in the kitchen and was not impressed. The hotel does not clean the rooms regularly - and encourage them to do especially with the toilets to improve cleanliness.

We loved how spacious the rooms were, the friendly staff who made excellent rum punches, the Wifi was amazingly fast! We had 2 people working on laptops and had zero issues. The AC in the bedroom was a nice addition for sleeping at night. Also loved the loungers outside the rooms so we could relax.
The only "bad" thing was they didn't have shampoo or conditioner. We were also only given 1 small towel each and 1 small towel for the kitchen. It made washing dishes a little hard.

I liked how engaging the staff were during my stay. Since I was alone for my vacation I could just talk to the bartenders at the bar. Even the front desk clerks would come up to me to ask about my day. I also enjoyed how peaceful it was during my stay. It was truly relaxing my whole time there. Most of what I needed was within walking distance. An ATM is a 5 minute walk, multiple places to shop at right across from the bank, restaurants to eat out at are 15 minutes if you don't plan on eating at the resort, and a gas station convenient store/burger king is between 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. Not bad at all.
The only place that could get cool was the bedroom. The living room area was constantly hot and even if I opened the door to let some of the cool air out it wasn't enough to cool me down completely.

The location was really good quiet and felt safe. The majority of staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you!
One of the ladies on reception had a terrible attitude (not Cheryl! But don't know the other ladies name). A few issues with the room - it is in need of a good revamp - my front door didn't lock properly and with a little tug you could just pull it open even when 'locked' , also had a big gap under the door so had a cockroach come in (had to stick a rolled towel in the gap to stop this). Shower kept getting blocked so it overflowed into the room on one occasion.

The warm welcome, its spotlessly clean, Big pool. The reception staff where very friendly and helpful.
Most clients seemed very Happy with The hotel.
The semi-detacher bungalow was too hot. Only The bedroom has Air con and that was set at 27 degrees and could not be altered. The fan in The Living/dining/ kitchen was inadequate. There is No fan on The terrace.
They repeatedly played very loud Music at The pool - Gospel some mornings and disco/reggae mashups in The late afternoon. The ASIAN Spice restaurant was hit and miss, but breakfast was chaotic.

Accommodation good and quiet. Easy parking.
Location & nearby beach club excellent.
Beach & centre an easy walk though dark at night. Very helpful& pleasant staff.
(Avoided this mini-resort on past visits as it looks rundown outside and the units look prison-like behind bars. Nearby row of semi-derelict homes are unpleasant especially at night. But turned out great for us and will return and recommend.
-A large UK school group on pre-Easter cricket tour noisily dominated the pool in the afternoon,preventing guests from normal usage. No warning.
-Restaurant menu (Indian) too limited for regular dining. Often empty.
- Needs smart tv. No UK channels despite majority of guests being from UK.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were much larger than expected and very comfortable. The pool and bar area were perfect offering a serene and relaxing environment, but also fun and social if you wanted that.
The rooms are a little dated.
