It was old and dated rooms. Staff was indifferent.

I wish there was a jacuzzi, by the pool. We had a jacuzzi on our room balcony deck, but it wasn't working. The numbering system for the rooms is VERY confusing, at best. Before venturing on your own to find your room the first day, just ask someone to take you to your room. You'll save lots of time. Make sure you REALLY understand all the rules at check-in, don't be in a hurry and skip something, because it will bite you in the end. And there are lots of rules. Just understand before you go, that in Barbados, it is not common for people to smile, even when they are being very kind and nice. We mistook that in the beginning to be unfriendliness or their dislike of us, but that wasn't the case at all. So, try to get past the thick accent and the straight faces and assume good-will. :-)

I will start with communication. It was the worst I ever had. I booked this property with 2 beds, and I stated having 2 kids. They had the option to choose from a 1 king bed or 2 full beds. I chose 2 full. One week after booking, they texted me via Booking that this option with a bed is not available. I started to ask them what other options are or what I can do in this case. They haven't answered me for 10 days. OMG! I was not successf in reaching out to the property so I had to call Booking to help. The Booking called the property and aske what my options? It' so funny. Option one cancel with 50% fee. Option 2: book another room for $1,000 extra. Wow such a great response. They were forcing me to purchase another room or pay a cancellat fee. Propeetty absolutely did not want to help me in any wa. I was disconnected by accident so I had to call again. While calling I logged in online to Booking website and gues what this same propert was posting same room I booked still available for 2 full bed option with a $300 disxount. I mean what? And they were making me buy another room just 30 min ago? So Booking representative spoke to them (second or the third person) the property confirmed availabil all of a sudden and said to email them an offi email request to change reservation and then they will reply with modification. Guess what? Been 48 hours since Booking representativ sent them email and no rep=sponse what so ever. My vacation starts in 2 days with 2 kids and I still do not know where they will be sleeping. So I called Booking suppor again. After so many attempts, I was able to get the room I originally booked. Omg. Such unnecessa stress, such irresponsibl people. Were you so busy at the property that you could not reply? When we arrived at the property day one I noticed an emp plastic cup by the pool and leftovers from a cigarette just by the pool, many of them maybe 5, even though property states smoke-free.

Only one place on site to have a sit-down meal. Parts of the beach were not that safe to swim but there were lifeguards on the beach, It was a bit of distance to the main town.

Noisy if you had a room that didn’t face the pool or ocean. Car horns and people shouting were constant between 7:00am and 11:00pm.

No hot water at times….this will be rectified now that a new chiller is delivered. Pool not cleanest

Slightly dated but still nice. Restaurant closed between 10:30-12, which was a bummer.

It was nothing like advertised. Our shower was broken and we had a horrible view. Room looked more like a MOTEL. I was so disappointed. Pool was dirty and freezing cold water. Swimup pool bar was open 1 day for about 3 hrs and for 2 of those hrs the bartender was no where to be found. It was the worst stay ever! Ruined my bday!

Our room didn't have air conditioning or hot water. Water pressure was very low. Was offered partial refund but later found out at check out that it wasn't what they explained earlier, so very upsetting.

For 5 out of 6 days of our visit we had problems with the water system. Sometimes the toilets would not flush, other times the shower had no water. The staff did their best but the long term maintenance has been neglected. Also the WIFI connectivity was terrible.

No running water - hot or cold - in the room. Unable to wash or shower. Staff at reception indifferent when told about it. Fortunately arrived in the evening and checked out next morning.

A/C was broken and there was no hot water. Cold water was a dribble and the staff was iffy as to whether it was potable. We asked for a discount on our stay or, better yet, a full refund. We only stayed one night.

The fact that there was no A/c No hot water and roaches

This place was like a John Candy vacation comedy movie. So bad it was actually kind of funny. Thank God we were only here for one night. No air conditioning, no hot water, no towels and the ice machine room is just full of broken furniture. Got $120 credit for the buffet for our trouble, but the buffet or two ended up costing $250! And it wasn’t great to be kind.
