Very Poor
What do you mean? 5 stars? I was given the “Harry Potter”-room. Including written apologies. The room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom (which was decent) smelled like wet cellar and diesel fuel. Not the experience i expect from a 5star (!) hotel.

The room itself is very spacious and nicely furbished, bed is huge and comfy, bathroom is clean not tiny, shower it s great, you get bathrobe but no slippers, good if you go to pool or sauna. Breakfast it s great you can choose from menu, what you prefer and they ll cook for you at the moment (no buffet) first even got extra fruit plate. Pool area is very nice and water temperature is warm you can really relax after long day. There s finnish sauna and turkish sauna however it didnt work both during my stay, one day turkish bath only, following day finnish sauna only.
Reception desk is located on other side of parking, there s sign almost deleted which shows reception, otherwise you enter on restaurant side where there s old reception but nobody will be there. They definetely miss staff, at my arrival at night waitress was giving me keys and explain me how to get to my room on restaurant side for exemple on my check out at 11 pm there was nobody at reception desk even if i ring on bell and waited for exemple.
This are minor things but doesnt bring 5* service. Cleaning lady came only once to ask me if i need extra towel and didnt make room. Anyway it s nice hotel to stay and for the price you cant better quality. Also they work a lot with wedding so it is true that can be noisy at night, if you planned to sleep early.

Overall the experience not only exceeded my expectation but we were impressed. The facility has all of the modern accommodations with a flair of old school classy touches. The building itself is newer and close to the main road allowing for an easy commute into the bigger city (Tuzla) within 10 mins or so. Inside the building it was layered with wood/glass panels and marble accents giving it a very modern but yet elegant feel. Restaurant is located in the middle of the hotel and perhaps a bit unusual considering there are 2 lobbies and depending where one parked or which one is active you may have to walk through it but not a big issue. Restaurant has a variety of cuisines (local and international) including a nice aged steaks selection that I have not seen anywhere else in Bosnia during our stay. Drink selection was excellent along with some impressive cognacs and cigar selection. We booked 2 rooms, one being their presidential suite and the 2nd a normal room for the kids, both were excellent in every regard (size, beds, bathrooms, accessories etc.). As I travel quite a bit to US, Europe and Asia I learned that EU rates their hotels as a +1 star usually but this place certainly comes close to the worlds rating scale and lives up to the name. Pricing may be slightly higher than some other hotels but personally I think is well worth it and prices were adequate for what one gets. We will plan to stay there again and hopefully it remains the same or better.
Main parking is one side of the building and no markings that the main lobby is on the other side of the building having to walk through the restaurant. While most staff was excellent (Lobby, bartender, morning server) the dinner server could use a refresher in the gastronomy etiquette (welcoming, attentiveness and overall pleasantness).
