Every time I travel to Sarajevo I have to stay at Villa Una. The hotel is run by the sweetest couple and they always make my stay 1000% more enjoyable. The home-cooked breakfasts are to die for and I can always count on walking into a clean bed and room after a long day of exploring. Theres no better place in the city to spend your nights, than at this hotel. I can always look forward to my next stay in Sarajevo.

- the view from the terrace is great
- the room was a bit too small
- the main staff didn't speak English but their son did and was helpful
- while booking the room was Characterized as one with a balcony but in reality, it didn't have a balcony
- I had asked for a queen bed in my reservation but received twin beds and had to ask again to receive a larger bed
- no air conditioning
- the coffee wasn't so good, was a bit cold and didn't taste great

Great location, very close to Bascarsija.Very friendly staff who were always there to help.Clean and tidy room and dining room.

The only thing I liked was the location. The city centre was within arms reach. Kind hosts but a bit distant.
I didn't like the narrow road reaching the accommodation, its not suitable for bigger cars (the left rear view mirror was destroyed due to this narrow path). Originally I asked the host if there is a parking, and I was told there is, but didn't fit our car, so we had to search for another parking which was unplanned expense for us. The room was very small and the price is too high for such accommodation. The breakfast was very poor and lacked diversification. We had to eat whatever the hosts would serve.

Excellently located in regards to access to city center. Free parking when you can make through the very narrow street to Villa Una. I also got some electricity for my BEV!
The smaller and cheaper rooms are really tiny, but there are bigger rooms also available.

Very good trip in this villa offering few different rooms with exeptionnal view in the roof of sarajevo.

I think they should provide better variety choices , also in the room should have real air conditioner not a fan it was so hot during the night and the fan was not able to meet the temperature.

The hosts are lovely and the place ideally placed for visiting Sarajevo is beautiful, clean and well equipped. I really recommend a place which is ideal in summer because it is cool.
