A great apartment and a beautiful view of the city on the top floor, there is also a lockable and safe garage. But most of all wonderful people taking care of the guest house. Fikreta, Faris and Mirza - thank you very much for your wonderful company, help and beautiful time I had in Sarajevo.

The location is perfect - less than 10 minutes away from the Baarija. It is a steep hill, but its not too bad. There is a good view from the communal room on the last floor. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave and big fridge freezer. All pots and plates are available if you want to cook. Free coffee and tea are a bonus!
Room was clean, really clever use if the space. Our room was facing the city and although the windows were spall and on the ground, you can still see the city. The host was very helpful and welcoming! Parking was okay - we have an SUV with roof box and that was not an issue. Happy with my stay

It's a good place. Guesthouse has a small kitchen with all that you need. My room was clean and good, very nice bed.
Landlord booked me taxi in the morning to the airport. Lady on reception gave some delicious sweet candy

Pretty much everything:
location (close to Baarija, just a short walk away)
parking space in a garage
cosy and very clean room (we stayed in room number 2); also very comfortable bed and great view from the room
air conditioning (which we did not use)
really kind and helpful host (the owners mother) who offered us coffee and an umbrella and was totally sweet all the time
great value for money
We loved evertything. Just a suggestion, maybe: the big kitchen in the shared area could use a proper cleaning and a few more utensils.

The property is the perfect choice when you are in Sarajevo. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the view is perfect. There is a garage and option to use hall and kitchen. The hosts are very nice people.

The views from the common hall were great. The host's mother is an extremely kind and welcoming lady. The place looks exactly like in the photos. The location, facilities, price, and hosts were all good.
This is not a fault of the property but our lack of stamina. The walk to the apartment is through a steep, mountain road. It was such a dampener that we skipped dinner on some days just to avoid taking that road. Honestly, I like hiking, so initially, I underestimated the steepness of the road. But deliberate hiking for a few hours is different from walking uphill for daily activities, especially in the July heat and after spending all day exploring the town (therefore, tired). I will not stay here again because I cannot imagine taking the road multiple times each day. However, other aspects of the property are fine.

Grest location, parking garage, owners mother was really nice. Really close to Baarija. 3 min walk down the hill.
We boooked room with balcony, but there was none. Since we are all smokers it was a bit of a problem, but nothing major.

Mirza, who was the host on the day of my arrival accommodated me as best as he could. The residence is very modern, clean and right in the centre. A 5-minute walk from the old town. Mirza told me a bit about the city and recommended some great places where I could try some amazing lokal cusine.

There was nothing wrong with the room, it was nice and clean, however a shower curtain is missing (everything in the bathroom gets wet) but the service was absolutely not top notch. We were received by the owner's mother, who speaks no English, which was a little difficult. We did not get the room we had booked, we got the smallest double room but had booked a Deluxe 3 bed room. We didn't say anything to the mother as it was a bit confusing that she couldn't communicate with us, so we wrote a message via Booking.com - we're still waiting for a reply. The next day I wrote a message about payment, no reply either. One morning we met the mother, who tried to tell us that we had been given the wrong room. She then called the son (the owner) and he said: I have to look into that, I asked if he couldn't look into it right away. He asked to have the mother back - she nodded, so when I paid I expected a reduction in the price but no. We were absolutely not happy to pay for something we did not get, therefore we will not recommend this place.

The place was exactly what we expected and wanted. And at a good price. The staff was polite and very responsive. There's a parking garage, which is very important if you visit Sarajevo by car. It was clean and tidy overall.
I believe that either the kitchen rules should be more strict, or there should be a member of the staff, cleaning them once a day. Just leaves a bad impression - that's all.
