The apartment's location near the old city made exploration incredibly convenient, and the well-renovated, clean, and spacious interior added to the comfort.
The furniture within the apartment was functional but quite basic.
One significant advantage was the apartment's location next to the police station, providing a sense of safety and security during the stay. This proximity also made it convenient to leave the car parked nearby.
The stark contrast between the beautifully renovated interior and the aging building's exterior was quite apparent. The aging exterior did somewhat detract from the overall experience, although this may not bother everyone, especially considering the short time spent in the building.
The designated parking spot was challenging to maneuver into due to its tight space, making parking an a bit unpleasant.
Communication with the host was limited to WhatsApp. While the host was responsive, a personal welcome and introduction to the apartment and the local area would have added a warm touch to the stay.
In terms of value for money, considering the aging building and basic amenities, I felt the price was slightly higher than justified. A reasonable price adjustment in line with the facilities and condition of the apartment would make the experience more satisfactory.

Location of apartment is only one minute walk to Bascarsija.Apartment is modern and recently renovated.Host Alma is very nice lady.Free parking and safe location.Highly recommend it.

The pictures on booking.com are misleading. The host definitely took them from the internet. The property does not look like the pictures. There are false claims. There is no front desk or 24 hour security. The door lock was broken. The private parking was full and we had to look for an alternative place to park. The host was rude. We had to go through Booking.com to cancel our reservation and left the property earlier than planned.

The apartment in Sarajevo was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. It provided parking, which was a huge plus. The host was excellent, with great communication throughout our stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and helpfulness. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sarajevo.
Minor inconvenience: a microwave and shower curtain would have been useful additions. But given the host's responsiveness, I am sure they will definitely make the effort to add them in the future.

The host met us at the door on time and gave all the information needed. The apartment was very clean, tidy and in a very good condition. Kitchen, beds, sofa, etc were well maintained and comfortable for all of us. Everything was working well in the apartment and we had no issues with the facility.
The host let herself in the apartment during our stay with her own key while we were not present inside and without notifying that for us. We came across her on the staircase when she was locking the apartment door. The reason given was that we didnt yet reply from the day previously about extending our stay at the end of the week. We did not feel our privacy was respected which is in our view inappropriate during such a stay. Being a busy family with young children we dont like to be monitored so much and called a lot and have to make ourselves available. There were a few disruptions that were not necessary.
