Everything was perfect room was very comfortable and
the staff are very friendly and attentive, the vibe in the hotel is very cosy and relaxing. The food in the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was great too.
Great location.
Kids also enjoyed their stay.
This was our second time visiting this hotel and we will definitely be back again.

Situated in a very nice place with lots of different hiking and biking trails. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very nice. The rooms were spotless and had a very nice nature themed bathroom. There was also a pool which had a sauna next to it and ambient lighting. The best part about that was that there was noone in it so we had the whole pool to ourselves. The lifts were the fastest I had eve seen and all the food there (especially the pizza and crepes) was delicious. I hope to come back there in the winter as it will be snowing then :D.
I liked pretty much everything except in the room me and my family were staying, the glass in the bathroom in between the wood was almost see through which seemed rather odd but apart from that it was really good.

I had a wonderful experience at the Pino Nature hotel. Every staff member was efficient, pleasant and helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, to feel like at home.
The hotel and room were very clean and confortable.
The hotel has the perfect location on Trebevic mountain, but just 15 min drive from the downtown of Sarajevo.
Food is also amazing.
I will definitly come back.

Especially ALMA Lots of love to her shes a gem! The in-house restaurant tantalized my taste buds with a diverse array of local and international dishes. The fresh ingredients and the chef's mastery were evident in every bite. A morning breakfast here is the perfect start to an adventurous day in Sarajevo. I highly recommend PINO Hotel Sarajevo Trebevic for anyone looking to experience the heart of Sarajevo while enjoying the serenity of nature. It's not just a place to stay; it's an experience in itself. Can't wait to return!

Nice location in the nature, nice room with a comfortable large kingsize bed, different light sources in the room, nice restaurant terrace, good food, TV with English cable channels, nice and helpful ladies at the reception!
Hotel is directly next to the road (a lot of cars passing by), I was there on a Saturday and the hotel was pretty crowded - especially the restaurant and caf, a few sockets in the room didn't work, TV was not set up in the beginning, room service fee too expensive (20%!), pool area in the basement unattractive...
