Location is in the heart of downtown. The night was quiet and I slept great. The hotel owner and the receptionist were friendly and helpful with my heavy luggage. It has a traditional Balkan vibe which i miss, and the price is unmatched for private rooms. Will stay again ?????

Wonderful
The hostel is perfectly located in the center of Sarajevo, close to the main attractions and to public transportation.
The host is very friendly and it was a good experience talking to him.
The bed was really comfortable.
This is not the hostel's fault in any way, but there's a bar just next to the hostel that plays loud music until midnight.

The staff was helpful. The location is very central easy to reach everywhere but it is very noisy. Lots of loud comes from the bars nearside.
The pansion is too dirty. Everything is old and there are spider webs everywhere. The beds are also old and not comfortable. Bedclothes seem dirty not sure if they were washed after the usage. I couldn't even take a shower The bathroom was horrible. I don't recommend here.

They confirmed my request for late checkin at 23:00. When I arrived, very rude receptionist who didn't even understand basic english start to shout at me, pushes me and threathen me. When I showed him that I made reservation and it was confirmed, he shout "jebem ti booking" so I just left. Terrible experience, place looked run down and dirty by the way.

Well this was fun :D It depends on what you expect, to me it had some kind of atmosphere which I enjoyed, even If everything is old and if you want to open the window in the bathroom it 's just more efficient to put down the whole window ? I would say it 's like an old house, I think no one really cares about it, but it was nice in its honesty ? not for everyone tho :)
There is no kitchen, but there is a very little fridge at least :)

Its really difficult to give negative review but this time I can’t stop to inform tourist OR visitors not to stay in this property because there is no basic security. I booked for 4 nights and room was ok but there is no fan or fresh air, only you have to open outdoor window. Here we go at the forth night some one enter in my room and nicked my iPhone and my wallet. At morning when I awake up no phone and no wallet so I inform to reception they said they can’t do any thing, also if you like we can call to police but they can’t help you either. Just a shame! Shame on you, you can’t look after people who come to visit your country.
