Disappointing
The location just minutes away from the old City.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly
The room was only big enough to turn around once, not even room for our suitcases without tripping over them all the time . The room was also pretty dirty, out of the shower, one walk to the bed and I had to clean my feet again. The bed was really soft that you sank in , I was happy that we only had one night here. The breakfast was served in the Restaurant and was pretty much what I expected for the price but unfortunately there were at least 4 to 5 cats running around the room ,so I decided to have a banana..I do love cats but their hairs are not so tasty in my eggs.

Staff were friendly and the room was quite big, since we had the 4 bedroom one. Balcony was big as well. Location is good, ~10min walking from Latin Bridge.
They dont take cards, its cash only (either Euros or local currency). Cats all over the hotel. Hair dryer was among the worst ones I have seen, and air conditioning was portable, luckily we didnt need. Overall facilities were a bit old and not too clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didnt have room service.

Anida was very friendly and helpful, although guy in the restaraunt / bar was a bit of an ogre. Great location within walking distance of main town and a very picturesque spot on the river. Breakfast ok, nothing to shout about
Rooms a tiny bit shabby and could do with freshening up and perhaps someone could go round with a duster once in a while

The Location was a perfect view of Sarajevo. 10 Minutes walk to Old Town. People are very Friendly. Breakfast and my Room was perfect.

I liked the location. It was easily accessible to the nearby tourist attractions
I had issues with cleanliness on the first night. There was dust with discarded juice bottles under the beds. The kids' beds were not prepared. The pillows didn't smell fresh. I noticed a few hairs on both pillows.
The hotel didn't meet my expectations, but it has great potential if they address the issues of cleanliness.

Not far from center.
Pet friendly.
Noisy due to the road close to the hotel.
Early in morning they are moving furniture and it's impossible to sleep. (I believe for organisation of the breakfast)
No hairdryer, I had to go at the reception to ask.
Someone from the hotel enter in my room when I was sleeping.
Terrible smell in corridors.
Breakfast buffet TOTALLY empty at 9h30.
